Beautiful house located on a tranquil cove of Mill Creek Lake, which offers over 800 acres of boating, fishing and watersports, perfect place to make unforgettable memories. Enjoy morning coffee listening the birdsong, feel the breeze, smell the rain, watch the fireflies and listen to the night sounds on our fabulous, screened porch. Only 1.2 miles away from the Mill Creek Park and Lake that consists of 2,600 acres of land, 15 miles of ATV trails, courtesy dock facilities, boat rentals and more.

There are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Fabulous, screened, back, double deck that overlooks mature trees. Down the gravel pathway you get to the tranquil and quiet Mill Creek Cove. Private boat dock (not for boat use) and a picnic table with lots of shade from the mature tree right next to it. Gradual descent to the water's edge by way of shared white rock path. The full walk out basement includes a family room, bedroom and full bath, laundry room, and multiple storage areas.

The home is equipped with a dine-in kitchen equipped with an instant pot coffee maker (serves espresso pods and regular Keurig pods), dishwasher, large fridge, stove, microwave, & an extendable kitchen table. Outside, in the screened porch there's a TV, sectional sofa with plenty of seating and another dining table so you can enjoy your grilling outdoors. The home also includes a gas grill with propane, High Speed WIFI & TVs throughout the entire house.
