Check in war nicht gut. Wollten, das wir die Unterkunft nochmals bezahlen, obwohl wir bereits die Kosten über die Plattform gebucht und bezahlt haben. Dies war überhaupt nicht gut und hat auf die Stimmung geschlagen.

Sehr schöne weitläufige Anlage, die Zimmer und besonders die Badezimmer sind leider schon in die Jahre gekommen. Wir hatten eine sea view Zimmer mit herrlichem Blick aufs Meer. Besonders die Angestellten im Service, Restaurant und das Animationsteam machen einen überragenden Job. Störend war, dass man jeden Tag sehr intensiv auf Safari, tauchen, Massagen etc. angesprochen wurde. Insgesamt aber ein sehr schöner Urlaub

Ottimo resort, personale molto attento e simpatico. La struttura è molto grande e quasi dispersivo, ma non manca nulla. Il buffet è di buona qualità e soprattutto molto vario soprattutto a cena. Purtroppo come TUTTI in hotel siamo stati male (febbre e dissenteria) passato in 2 giorni. Escursioni tramite resort OTTIME. Piscine bellissime per grandi e piccini

10 giorni indimenticabili, grazie
Ottimo resort, un po' grande e dispersivo per me ma è solo un mio parere. Avendo scelto 2 camere con vista mare, si è un po' lontani della reception e dai ristoranti (a parte quello della spiaggia), ma meno male che con qualche passaggio con i tuktuk elettrici ci siamo salvati. Per famiglia con bambini derei perfetto, dalla piscina con gli scivoli all'animazione serale ecc. Cibo buono, nulla di super qualitativo ma buona varietà. Camere ampie, molto comode, dal letto alla biancheria. Menzione speciale al personale, se siamo stati bene è sempre grazie a loro, dalla reception, a chi ha fatto le pulizie ai camerieri, abbiamo sempre trovato persone fantastiche, disponibili, buone e di cuore. Grazie a tutti voi per averci fatto vivere 10 giorni in serenità. Gite organizzate direttamente con il centro Diving e altri ragazzi che proponevano direttamente nel resort, è sempre andato tutto bene. Spa e massaggi fantastici, hammam molto rilassate, personale fantastico. Un saluto di cuore a Oscar del ristorante sulla spiaggia, una persona d'oro, che ci ha trattato magnificamente ogni volta che siamo stati li. Ci siamo andati tante volte solo perchè c'era lui... e una buona pizza. Grazie.

Quiet resort. You will be pretty much isolated there. We went for diving, so we really just needed a place to sleep. The property is really nice. The food is not great, but It does the job

Resort dotato di diversi servizi (piscine, scivoli, giochi, spettacoli, diving, moto safari..) immerso in uno splendido giardino. Ristorazione discreta, pasta ben cucinata. Pontile ben attrezzato con scaletta anche a metà, per chi non se la sente di immergersi in mare aperto. Barriera vicino al pontile interessante. Unico lato negativo: il resort è molto grande e bisogna studiare scorciatoie per arrivare in spiaggia più velocemente.

Staff very friendly, animation team good, only the guy who was cleaning the room was not so nice. Food delicious. I have missed more fruits and baklava. Deserts were all similar. Soup corner should be somewhere else. Nice coral refe. Very nice resort.

Agréablement surprise par cet hôtel, assez isolé mais tellement reposant. En famille ou en solo, la propreté, l’espace, les repas, l’entretien, le confort, les activités, les grandes piscines, la plage… bref nous avons été tous unanimes pour mettre la note de 10 parce que tout était parfait ! Nous étions 2 couples et un enfant.

Struttura bellissima! Molto grande con 7 piscine di diverse profondità molto riscaldate. Spiaggia molto bella e attrezzata. Staff super gentile e sempre disponibile. Una grandissimo grazie ad ADAMO che si è preso cura di nostra figlia durante lo snorkling a Turtle Bay. Note negative: Il cibo, scarso sia per varietà che per qualità compreso quello del ristorante "italiano" Spago che di italiano non ha davvero NULLA. Seconda nota negativa: gli "street sellers" che girano per il villaggio seguendoti in continuazione e cercandoti di vendere qualsiasi cosa dall'escursione alla treccina per i capelli. Questa è la cosa peggiore e molto fastidiosa. Sarebbe meglio mettere dei desk all'uscita del ristorante e creare una corta di revenue center. Cosi non è accettabile. Sono insistenti e fastidiosi

Bad Experience, Very disappointing resort.
The resort looks good on the outside, but our stay and experience was not good, room was not well maintained, no room service is available, front desk staff seem to be always frowning and give brusque responses to any questions, they refused to even provide a second key to the room or more than two towels to a room ( we were 3 PPL in a room) . They don't seem to be aware how to run a resort of this size, they were short on every possible resource from towels to tables during dinner when we had to wait for half an hour to get a table.

Nice hotel - stay clear of the doctor.!
Nice hotel, with good facilities - nice house reef. Would recommend to friends and family. Could have better restaurants + stay away from the doctor, he will do whatever it takes to charge A LOT - "Your insurance will pay" must be his favorite quote.!! Make sure you bring your own stomach medicine so you dont need him.!!

La struttura era molto pulita, il personale cordiale, l’animazione non è troppo invadente e organizza delle belle serate, la società diving offre molte esperienze a prezzi ragionevoli. Il primo giorno non ci funzionava il phone, abbiamo chiamato la reception e dopo 10 minuti, è arrivato il tecnico in camera a riparlarlo. Un servizio davvero impeccabile. Io e il mio compagno abbiamo fatto l’esperienza all’isole della tartarughe ed a Hamata, entrambe le esperienze ben organizzate, con guide preparare e che parlano più lingue, tra cui l’italiano. Esperienze davvero indimenticabili, abbiamo nuotato insieme alle tartarughe marine e visto la barriera corallina, inoltre la guida indicava le varie razze di pesci. Il mercoledì era il mio compleanno, e il personale del buffet ci ha fatto trovare un tavolo molto elegante, a fine cena mi hanno cantato la canzone di buon compleanno in arabo e portato una tortina al cioccolato. Davvero una bella sorpresa, sono tutti molto affettuosi, educati e cordiali.
