Breath taking mountain views

This ski slope mountain home is spacious with 3,544 square feet and three levels of living. It has two master suites on the main level w/large closets and updated baths. Both suites offer deck access and beautiful views of the ski slopes and a long range view of the mountains. The updated kitchen has new cabinets and stainless appliances, granite counters and island for gatherings while cooking. The lower level offers a wet bar, master suite, updated bath, huge family space and access to a large covered deck to enjoy the views. Lowest level is accessed from an exterior staircase and door which offers a private apartment area w/kitchen, living room and 2 more bedrooms. Due to the possibility of slick stairs, this apartment level will be closed during January and February. There are two bedrooms with king beds on the first floor, the second floor has a bedroom with a queen bed, plus another bedroom with twin beds pushed together to make another king, and bunk beds along the wall of the living area. The lowest level has one bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with a twin-over-double bunk bed. There are also 2 roll-away beds if needed. Plenty of room for 15 people! The main level deck includes furniture and gas grill. The lower level also has deck furniture. The lowest level has a half deck with a table and chairs. All three levels have TVs in the main living areas. You will love your stay in this magnificent home!

Bedroom 4: 1 King/2 Twins Together. 5: 1 Double. 6: 1 Twin-Over-Double Bunk. 1 Bunk Bed in Lower Living Room. 2 Roll-Away Beds. Please note: You will definitely need a 4-wheel drive for access to this home during a snow event.

Please note: BEGINNING SPRING OF 2023, ALL RENTERS WANTING ACCESS TO DINING AT THE COUNTRY CLUB AND PLAYING GOLF WILL HAVE TO COMPLETE AN INFORMATION FORM TO BE RETURNED TO WOLF MOUNTAIN REALTY ONE WEEK PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. A PASS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PICK UP AT A CHARGE OF $150.00 FOR ONE WEEK OF DINING AND/OR GOLF. GOLF FEES OF $95.00 FOR 18 HOLES STILL APPLY.

Please note - prior to booking there is 21 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

Guest are required to register to gain access to property, gate and pool.

Pet Policy: **Dogs Welcome! All dogs need to be approved by the homeowner - some restrictions apply. Non-Refundable dog fee applies $75.00 / per dog - maximum 2 dogs. Please note without prior knowledge to Love rentals there will be a minimum of $500.00 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.00 so please ensure you advise us BEFORE you travel. Dog owners accept full responsibility for the dog.

No Smoking / or vaping of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking / vaping are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $500.00 penalty fee.

Please Note: In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners. The fee for LoveRentals Protect is applied to each booking and covers up to $10,000.00 in contents damage protection and up to $1,000,000.00 in real property protection.
