Breath taking mountain views

This ski slope mountain home is spacious with 2,950 square feet! It has two primary suites on the main level w/large closets and updated baths. Both suites offer deck access and beautiful views of the ski slopes and a long range view of the mountains. The updated kitchen has new cabinets and stainless appliances, granite counters and island for gatherings while cooking. The lower level offers a wet bar, master suite, updated bath, a second bedroom, huge family space and access to a large covered deck to enjoy the views. There are two bedrooms with king beds on the first floor, the second floor has a bedroom with a queen bed, plus another bedroom with twin beds pushed together to make another king, and bunk beds along the wall of the living area. There is plenty of room for 10 people! The main level deck includes furniture and a brand new gas grill. The lower level also has deck furniture. Mini splits are located on each floor which provides both heat and A/C. Both levels have TVs in the main living areas. The owners are social members of the Wolf Laurel Country Club which gives renters access to the dining room. You can see the Hatley Pointe ski lodge from the deck and also one of the ski lifts from the driveway! If there is inclement weather, an all-wheel or 4-wheel drive will be necessary to access this home. You will love your stay in this magnificent home! Office Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 am -5:00 pm. Bedroom Layout: 4-Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, sleeps 10: Bedroom 1: 1 King. Bedroom 2: 1 King. Bedroom 3: 1 Queen. Bedroom 4: 1 King/2 Twins Together. One set of bunk beds in the living room. 2 Roll-Away Beds. Please note: You will definitely need a 4-wheel drive for access to this home during a snow event. BEGINNING SPRING OF 2023.

ALL RENTERS WANTING ACCESS TO DINING AT THE COUNTRY CLUB (golf not included with this rental) WILL HAVE TO CONTACT WOLF MOUNTAIN REALTY TO REQUEST A FORM WHICH WILL BE COMPLETED BY THIS OFFICE AND FORWARDED TO THE CLUB. A PASS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PICK UP AT A CHARGE OF $150 PAID DIRECTLY TO THE CLUB FOR ONE WEEK OF DINING.

Please note - prior to booking there is 21 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

Guest are required to register to gain access to property, gate and pool.

Pet Policy: **Dogs Welcome! All dogs need to be approved by the homeowner - some restrictions apply. Non-Refundable dog fee applies $75.00 / per dog - maximum 2 dogs. Please note without prior knowledge to Love rentals there will be a minimum of $500.00 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.00 so please ensure you advise us BEFORE you travel. Dog owners accept full responsibility for the dog.

No Smoking / or vaping of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking / vaping are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $500.00 penalty fee.
