Bleibt zu hoffen, dass es sauberer wird...
Zimmer wird 1x wöchentlich mehr oder weniger gereinigt. Musste am ersten Abend die schmutzigen Bettlaken vom Vorgänger selber wechseln. Breakfast besteht aus Kaffee/Tee, Oatmeal und Getreideriegel.

Please do not stay here, the staff was not available. Overbooked rooms and we found a bed bug. The staff did not offer any assistance. They disregarded our feedback and experience.

The staff at this property were EXTREMELY attentive, have good listening skills, and honestly work hard to meet your needs. That being said, the property itself is in need of major updates. The carpet needs to be replaced, the bed linens are old, and my room initially smelled. The kind and responsive front desk professional, Bryce, went above & beyond. He personally helped with the smell and made our overnight stay bearable.

The hotel overbooked and couldn't get me another room to complete my booking. Which was actually a blessing given the fact that the conditions were disgusting. The lobby and hallways smelled like cigarettes/marijuana and looked grungy. The front desk personnel was rude, unhelpful and seemed to be the potential source of the smell. For some reason, management doesn't work the weekend so "nothing could be done" until Monday! I should have checked the reviews beforehand because it does not seem that I'm the only one disgusted by this place.

This room was shockingly filthy. There were crumbs and grease on the counter in the kitchen area of the room, hair in the tub and on the bathroom counter, general dirt and grime in the bathroom, the faucet handles had grossness and someone’s beard (?) trimming, one bed had a broken leg, the ac was broken, the mattresses had weird spots, there was a wrapper by one bed… It was probably the dirtiest room I’ve ever stayed in.

The stay was nice and comfortable but I think it's time the hotel replaces with better quality of kitchen supplies. The pots and pans provided were all dented and non-stick coating severely worn out.

The third floor had a bad odor. The ceiling in the room looked like it had blood spattered on it. The sheets and towels were stained. The free water cooler was not working. The door to the back of the hotel was always unlocked and the were several times that there were people smoking pot outside by the door.

The room I was given had stains all over the carpet and the carpet was ripped. The place was very noisy, the room that was on the floor above me kept waking up because of the jumping on the floor. When you asked the staff a question they did not know the right answer. Would not stay here again

Brice was not very helpful. He made me wait 30 minutes before I got to my room. Then the key cards didn't work. He didn't folliw me to my room to see if I had trouble with the key cards. So to the front desk to go get him. Then I didn't have TV remote control. I couldn't get a coffee maker. All thistimw I hadto use the restroom VERY badly. No public restrooms?! I'm a guest notthe public!!

This property has a violation on the front window entrance. We had no choice had to stay. The odor in the room from was horrendous. The shelf was hanging off the wall, the floors were super sticky. Door was sticky to the bathroom. So not impressed at all. You get what u pay for...but this want worth the money at all. Also says breakfast included. Lies, only a coffe nook in lobby which was gross.

Hotel is used as a homeless shelter! Lots of families and individuals who looked not clean. Amenities described on Expedia were NOT available, for example, pans for simple cooking. Started with long wait to check in because of overbooking and key making machine not working. After we finally got to room, couldn't get on internet, wi-fi said I had the wrong last name, call to desk did not resolve. Room was clean, but had only one glass available for use.
