This playful 3BR/2BA home features vibrant design, a dedicated office with bunk beds, and an outdoor oasis beside a flowing creek. Relax under the trees with family, friends, and pets. NOTE: We are currently installing a brand-new hot tub, fully operational by late-June 2026! If your stay falls before then, please note the hot tub is temporarily out of service.

Tucked off the beaten path, this home offers a private, nature-immersed landing spot where your crew can unwind together after an epic day of hiking.

Inside, the home is bursting with color, character, and natural light. It is optimized for social hangs, featuring an open layout and a competitive foosball table setup.

Outside, the property becomes your group's private relaxation hub. Hang out by the flowing creek, fire up the BBQ grill, share meals at the large outdoor dining table, or grab a drink and unwind on the covered patio seating.

Bedrooms and Flexible Layout (5 Beds Total):
• Bedroom 1, 2, and 3: Cozy, private rooms with great natural light.
• The Bonus Space: A dedicated office featuring a twin-over-twin bunk bed setup. Perfect for extra friends or remote workers who need a quiet corner to check emails.
• Bathrooms: 2 full bathrooms stocked with essentials to make getting ready in the morning easy for groups.

Kitchen and Group Dining:
A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prep big group breakfasts or pack trail lunches before heading into the park. Enjoy your meals together at the indoor table or out on the deck.

Road Conditions and Arrival:
The final stretch of your drive takes you down a classic, unpaved country road that lets you know you have truly escaped the city. You do not need a 4WD or AWD vehicle--standard rental cars and sedans drive it easily every day. If you are new to unpaved mountain roads, just take it slow and enjoy the scenic approach!

Guest Access:
Your group has total private access to the entire home and the surrounding land. No shared spaces, no interruptions. Make yourselves at home!

Other Things to Note:

Yosemite Park Entry: No reservations are required to enter Yosemite National Park for all of 2026. Please check the official park website for current road closures.
Firepit Availability: Available for cozy starlit nights from November 2nd through April 30th. It is strictly closed due to safety regulations during fire season (May 1st-November 1st).

Drinking Water: Water is filtered at both the kitchen sink and the fridge. It is completely safe to drink--perfect for filling up your hiking bladders and water bottles!

Septic System Care: We run on a delicate mountain septic system. ONLY flush toilet paper. Do not flush wipes (even "flushable" ones), feminine products, or paper towels.

Pet Policy:
• Traveling with furry friends? Well-behaved, potty-trained pets are welcome! Please disclose them when booking (fees apply).
• Pets must stay off furniture (or use covers) and must be crated when left unsupervised.
• The yard is not enclosed. Extra cleanup or damage fees may apply if necessary.

Nature and Wildlife:
• The home is surrounded by mountain nature. Insects, frogs, squirrels, spiders, and snakes can be present. Keep doors and windows closed to keep critters outside.
• Watch your step around slippery rocks, boulders, and the creek. Climb and swim at your own risk.

Utilities and Wifi:
• Mountain internet and power can occasionally experience brief interruptions or weather outages.
• If a single room loses power, check and reset the wall GFI outlets. For full house outages, notify us immediately.

No Smoking and No Parties: This is a strictly non-smoking property. While we love groups of friends traveling together, please note this is not a party house. Please respect our neighbors and our home.
