Alles sehr gut, nur der Bettüberwurf hatte Löcher und war nicht sauber. Frühstück war ok.

Hot tub was not working. Room smelled a little of smoke and the mini fridge knob was broken so it didn’t get cold. A/C kept shutting off so it got hot most of the night.

I'm very sorry about the hot tub, we had it fixed for a few days but then a different part went out and we forgot to update its status to our/OTA websites. We have had maintenance switch out the refrigerator in that room since you left, and they were also able to look at the A/C unit. Thank you for choosing to stay with us and I hope you have a good rest of your day

The room was clean and comfortable. The pool would have been nice, but there were many kids being noisy and leaving the pool area a mess. The hot tub was not working properly....it was not hot and not all the jets were working.

I apologize for the inconvenience of the Jacuzzi. I can understand your frustration. The jacuzzi has been repaired and is now hotter and more luxurious then ever. Hopefully you return soon to enjoy it.

The property is older, and could use some technical updates likes USB ports on the lamps, but we were comfortable, the room was clean and the staff was accommodating. Breakfast omelets were great!

I enjoyed the 24/7 coffee and tea service. I loved the warm in-door pool with towels provided. Every employee was friendly. The beds, showers, lobby etc were all very comfortable. I plan to stay at this hotel again next year when we attend the Truthseekers Homecoming event.

There were signs that no pets were allowed, however there were people with pets, so apparently they don’t enforce the no pet rule. There are some people who are allergic to pets and that is not good policy to advertise no pets and not enforce it.

Nice welcome
We arrived after a long drive. Sandy greeted us with a warm smile. Checked us in & made sure we had a room that provided a quiet evening. There was a basketball team staying ( well behaved) but she made sure our room was away & back side away from the road noise. Great night sleep. Nice location & easy to find.

The room had food left in the refrigerator and on the table. The sink and shower had used soap in it. That’s unacceptable to me. Unsanitary at its finest. The staff was friendly. The breakfast bar had no hot food during breakfast and no forks.

Service was great. Front desk staff very nice. Room was big and clean, just a little dated with style/decor. Pull out sofa was bad, and my daughter scraped her arm and leg on the metal pieces when climbing in to it. Breakfast was plentiful, but breads were hardened and dried out. Would stay again if passing through.

Hot water must be extra. It is warm enough you are not freezing but you certainly can’t take a hot bath to soak after a long trip. Hallway is very smelly. The room was not smelly but the hallway was. The breakfast ok. And of course I needed to adjust my stay. It couldn’t because I booked on hotels.com. So I left a day early without getting reimbursed. Won’t be staying there again. Nice people and the room was clean.
