Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night`s stay.

Check-Out Time
Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property.

Pet policy
Pets are allowed on the premise provided it has been disclosed ahead of time and a pet fee has been paid. Please keep dog on a leash in public spaces, and clean up all poops.

This is a single-story home. Please note that there are 8 steps required to enter the property.

Starter Supplies
A starter set of essentials is provided, including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and dish soap. Guests should plan to bring any additional supplies they may need for the remainder of their stay.

Security Deposit or Damage Waiver
After booking, guests must choose between a non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable security deposit placed as a temporary hold on your credit card. The selected option will be confirmed after booking and applied prior to check-in. Airbnb reservations are exempt.
