"Ein sehr schönes Hotel in perfekter Lage in Canterbury. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Bars ausen rum. Sehr sauber, schönes neues Bad, alle Pflegeartikel im Bad und flauschige Handtücher in 3 Größen. Das Parken war mit 25 Pfund/Tag trotz Hotelrabatt schon frech. Zudem hatten wir Zimmer 424, das muss direkt unter der Bar auf der Dachterrasse sein. Hier war trotz Anruf bei der Rezeption bis nach 23 Uhr laute Musik zu horen."

"Wir waren hier nur eine Nacht, bevor es auf die Fähre ging. Das Zimmer, Abendessen und Frühstück waren OK, nichts zu bemängeln. Ausreichend Parkplätze waren vorhanden. In der Nähe gibt es einen Superstore und eine Tankstelle und man ist schnell am Fährterminal."

"Having lived nearby for several years, have stayed at the hotel a couple of times, our preferred area and hotel throughout the Southeast. Lovely staff, the rooms may be slightly outdated, but traditional and cosy. Keep them as they are. Always a great selection of coffee, teas, milk on hand, hot chocolate, biscuits, kettle and nespresso machine. The food is amazing as always, breakfast with buffet, loved the crumpets. The hydration station with cold water is brilliant in hot weather. Dogs love the hotel, the beach and beautiful walks along the green. Any waiting is worthwhile at all times. Plenty of parking spaces, just arrive early enough. Keep smiling, you're all doing an amazing job. We'll keep coming back."
