„The cottage is so lovely. Everything you would need is there available for your use. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the furnishings were beautiful. The bathroom was beautiful and had plenty of clean towels and washcloths. The cottage was cozy and we kept nice and warm on the cold evenings. There is a washer and dryer, however we never used it. Downtown Napa is less than 2 miles away. We will definitely stay here again!“

„Weekend getaway – the space was absolutely immaculate. The landscaping is wonderful, which you can see from all windows while inside, and it feels almost tropical. The hosts had a nice bottle of wine waiting for us, and overall we had a really great experience!! „Die Wohnung für 2 Personen war optimal. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Toilettenpapier, Müllsäcke, Spülmittel, Waschmittel, Kaffee, Gewürze sowie Schampoo war alles da. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Der Garten ist ein Traum, man geht mehrere Etagen runter und auf jeder ebene ist etwas zu endecken, leider noch nicht ganz fertig, aber man sieht dass da viel Arbeit steckt. Die Wohnung würde ich auf jedenfall weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank an den Gastgeber.“

„There were six of us on the property, and we were so welcomed with a lot of amenities. We’ve felt totally at home from the moment we walked in the door. It was well equipped to cozy up and enjoy a quick meal before bedtime or breakfast before we headed out to explore Napa. The beds were super comfortable and Tom even answered my request at 730 am for more towels. He generously shared persimons as well. If you're looking for a quaint place close to wineries but also very economical this is the place!“

And while the location is perfectly situated to walking into downtown Larkspur - it is soo comfortable and inviting - you won't want to leave the comfort of the accommodations or the beauty of the grounds!“

„This is the tiniest space. It’s a bed in a box. You want to turn around? You’d better do it outside. Extremely overpriced for a space smaller than ANY hotel room I’ve ever experienced. The circa 1982 fixtures just set the whole thing off. There is a fridge. No mini microwave. So bring back a leftover, but you’re eating it cold. We regularly go to Napa. We will never stay here again.“
