Summary:

Casa Grande, by Calm Cove Rentals, is a seven-bedroom, five-bathroom waterfront home of more than 4,800 square feet on a wide canal in Marco Island, Florida. It sleeps fourteen and is designed for family reunions, multi-generational trips and groups traveling together.

Living spaces

The great room has two stories of windows facing the water. The kitchen has double wall ovens, a gas cooktop, an island with seating and a coffee station. Upstairs is a second living area with a wet bar, beverage fridge and television, opening onto a screened balcony over the pool.



Outside

A screened pool, heated at no extra cost, with a separate raised spa; an outdoor kitchen with built-in grill, sink, television and bar seating; a second grill and outdoor dining; an outdoor shower; two kayaks; and a private dock. A spiral staircase leads to the rooftop deck, with Adirondack chairs, a fire table and views across the waterways.
