You will love the home from the moment you enter the front door to a high ceiled open floor plan home with coastal decor. The kitchen is well appointed with high end stainless steel appliances. Each bedroom has both view and access to the pool/spa oasis. New beach style wood porcelain tile floors throughout. Open floor plan with high ceilings makes the living, kitchen, and dining area feel so spacious. Large new smart TVs available throughout home. The kitchen is well equipped with high end appliances. If you enjoy cooking while on vacation you will love how our kitchen is stocked with utensils, pots, pans, baking items dishes, and so on. Small appliances galore including both Keurig as well as automatic coffee maker, along with blender and toaster. The laundry closet has a large Samsung washer and dryer. The hall bath has an oversized tiled shower. Each bedroom is unique and oh so comfortable. The bedrooms are a Florida split style. This means the master bedroom suite is its own private retreat. The split style has the master separated by the other two bedrooms by the living space. The master is very spacious with a large walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom. There are windows to the heavily landscaped side yard and sliders to the pool/spa lanai. The master has a king bed with lovely fresh hotel style bedding. There are two chairs flanking the fireplace and large smart TV. Window coverings are near blackout in case you’re catching up your sleep on vacation. The queen room has its own new smart TV, a comfy chair, and sliders to the lanai. The bed is set with lovely bedding. The third bedroom has a new bunk bed which offers a twin over a full bed with a pull out full trundle. The bunk has all new mattresses and bedding with a coastal flair. There is a chair in the room with dresser set in closet for plenty of storage. Again the room has sliders to the lanai. All sliders have secondary locks on the bottom which may be engaged to increase pool safety. The lanai is fully screened with picture window style screening thus enclosing the crystal blue pool and built in hot tub spa with waterfall. A Weber BBQ area is within the lanai as well as seating areas around the pool!!! Landscaping was recently refreshed with new palm trees added. Home is located within half mile walk to numerous shops, grocery, and restaurants. Walk to your heart’s content. Within 4 minutes drive to beach or rent a bike dropped off for you for less than 1.7 mile ride to beach. Enjoy every night a sunset walk on the island’s beaches. Home is so much less expensive than hotel rooms and a more intimate vacation to remember. Pool and spa are open all night. Direct TV is set up on the large living room Samsung TV with 105 channels. The other TVs are available to stream all your apps.

We have plenty of linens and towels in the home including beach towels. There are pool floats and toys as well as numerous items for the beach including Tommy Bahama beach chairs, umbrellas, beach cart, and beach toys.

We tried to provide everything our guests will need to be truly comfortable on their island vacation.

We typically rent weekly to monthly. We will consider shorter stays depending on dates.
