We do not know how long the work will take or its extent (new home construction, utilities, etc.). Oct. 1, 2023 Update: The shell of the house has been constructed and work is ongoing. A privacy fence has been installed at Tahiti Cottage minimizing the view of the construction from the lanai. Please let us know if you have any questions before booking as no refunds will be given for any issues related to the work/construction.
