☀️ Stylish High End Remodeled Coastal Themed Beachfront Apollo Condo on 7th Floor

Enjoy this brand new, light, bright, coastal themed, beachfront condo on the 7th Floor, in the Apollo building. Our remodel was just completed in October 2023. Everything inside the condo is new.... from the dishes & small & large appliances, to the TV’s, bed and artwork. Come & enjoy yourself to the fullest!!

Just a short walk to the Gulf Coast water!! It’s only a 1/2 mile to the Marco Walk Plaza where there are restaurants, shops & a movie theater! And 1 mile away from the JW Marriott!

The Apollo is undergoing a beautification project. There will be noise related to this project April-November. May 27-July 27th is "painting time". We have the condo shut down for two weeks, as the entire 7 floor gets repainted from June 17-29th. Want to know more? Scroll to the bottom of the listing.

-LIVING ROOM: A gorgeous view of the beach and a new Giant 65” Flat Screen Smart TV, able to stream your NETFLIX, AMAZON PRIME, and/or HULU when you log into your personal account(s). We invested in an "electronic blind", so when the afternoon sun comes shining through you can just draw it down & cool down.

-THE KITCHEN: All new major appliances, which includes a built-in combo microwave/convection oven, a compact Fisher & Paykel dishwasher, a ceramic glass 2-burner electric cooktop and a refrigerator. The kitchen is also stocked w/ the necessary items. Items include and not limited to; a 12-Cup Drip Coffee Maker, a Single Cup Keurig coffee maker, a large Electric Griddle, Blender, Toaster, pots & pans, bakeware. You'll also find kitchen soaps, dishwashing liquid, cleaning supplies and a roll of paper towels provided (to get you started). Dine at the large quartzite kitchen island, or "al fresco" on the balcony.

-BATHROOM; We provide a hair dryer, hand soap and a roll of toilet paper to get you started on your vacation. Just bring your favorite toiletries & sun screen. 🏝☀️

-BEDROOM: A new comfy King sized bed and a new Large 55” flat screen Smart TV.

-We limit our condo to TWO (2) ADULTS ONLY. We want you to be comfortable, not “cramped”. The condo is only 505 square feet, so it’s just a cute “little” condo.

-BEACH CLOSET: Complimentary use of the beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler. We also supply beach towels for you.

-LAUNDRY: Coin Operated laundry is available just down the hall. The machines also accept credit cards. We provide laundry soap. However, I can’t guarantee they will always be there if they’re used up without my knowledge, or kindly replaced.

-PARKING: The parking lot is gated. The only way in and out of the parking lot is with a parking pass, which activates the gate. The parking fee is $45, which gets you a parking pass, along with a covered, assigned parking space. This fee covers your entire stay. There will also be a $75 deposit for the parking pass. This deposit will be refunded from the condo association after your stay.

-ON SITE RESTAURANT: Apollo is the ONLY short term beachfront rental property with a restaurant on-site, called the Sunset Grille. Enjoy casual indoor & outdoor dining for lunch and/or dinner. (Independently owned & operated restaurant)

-The Apollo has an outdoor heated pool & a hot tub/jacuzzi.

-2 Tennis courts & a work out Gym on site

-FREE internet & cable

-WE INVEST IN AN ANNUAL “DEEP CLEANING” IN ALL OF OUR CONDOS, DURING THE FALL TIME PERIOD.

-TURTLE SEASON: Renting during “Turtle Season” requires patio lights off & condo shades shut/drawn, closed by 9pm until 7am.

IMPORTANT NOTE IN 2024: From May 27th-July 27th, the Apollo building will be getting painted. Painting begins on the Top Floor (the 10th Floor) and will last for 2 weeks. Then, they will gradually move down each floor, taking approximately 2 weeks each. Work is “projected” to begin in April in order to remove paint from under the walkway railings on each floor. April through November 2024, there could “potentially” be some noise related to this project. Removal of paint on patio lanais will be done as units are available. However, it's the May 27-July 27th dates that should be highlighted and taken into consideration if you’re visiting during that time.

Very nice condo, however, however the lack of transparency with the host was very unfortunate
The hosts description of the condo, on the very last line stated “construction of painting and minor repairs would be taking place”. HOWEVER WE INCURRED ONE DAY OF 6-8 HOURS OF HAMMERING, DRILLING; DEMOLITION IN THE UNIT NEXT DOOR! The tv service provider was there (3 days after check in) to correct reception of both tv’s, he had to shout to instruct us as the noise was so loud. The host/tv service provider were on the phone the day after we arrived to try to correct the problem with no success. Now the host is accusing us of not being able to operate the television’s! If the repair was so simple why were they not able to correct the problem remotely? We know how to follow instructions! It’s very unfortunate the host is unable to put himself in a guests place and objectively understand the degree of inconvenience we incurred. We requested a credit adjustment, to include associated fees, for 1/2 day each for 2 days and for 1 full day for the extreme noise disruption. The host refused and offered a $125 credit total! This is unacceptable and unfortunately this has forced us to open a dispute with our credit card provider. VRBO tried to reach out to the host with no success. VRBO did provide courtesy compensation. We are being as accurate and honest in this review. We have everything documented, with the noise disruption recorded. With this said what could have been a 5 night relaxing stay turned into a nightmare! We were unable to relocate due to unavailability.

A Little Slice of Heaven
We absolutely adored this lovely condominium. It’s beautifully decorated in peaceful tones with fine finishes. The furniture is extremely comfortable. The amenities of the unit and the building are exceptional. The views, beach, and sunsets are heavenly. We plan to book again next year.

Great condo
This condo was perfect for my parents. It is small but updated so cute and works perfectly for 2 people. It was stocked with chairs, umbrella, and towels. You can hear the ocean from the bedroom and there was a ceiling fan which is a must. Host/owner was amazing. Always a quick response! Will definitely rent again.

My husband and I have been coming to Marco for over 25 years intermittently and have stayed at the Apollo before. We enjoy the proximity to the beach, coziness of the two bedroom units (when it’s just the two of us traveling) and the ability to enjoy a cocktail on the beach from the Sunset Grill. This unit is lovely and recently updated. Simple, classic, modern, comfortable. The owners have made sure anything you want is there. The best beach supplies we have ever seen in a unit. Comfortable chairs, umbrella, cooler and wagon. All in perfect condition. We captured sunset every night and enjoyed shelling daily. The owner information about restaurants was helpful. We have never seen Marco so busy (spring break for Michigan, Wisconsin and some areas of NY)— reservations even for 2 a must! The Apollo was undergoing some exterior painting work (scraping, power washing) while we were there. There was some dust, but the workers and property managers and staff worked to communicate with guests with very focused signage and verbal communication. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Best Marco 1 Bedroom!
Unit was possibly the best stocked condo I have ever stayed in. Everything was brand new and well decorated. The kitchen had everything that you could want. The closet with beach items was well stocked with all new chairs, umbrella, etc. The bed was extremely comfortable and the linens were top notch. I always bring my own pillow but used the units instead! I honestly wouldn't change a thing! Owners were very polite and quick to respond. They have taken a lot of pride in their unit and it shows right down to the smallest detail. One elevator was out while we were there which made for a long wait to get in and out, but not the owners fault. Also, I would suggest that Apollo upgrade from two keys to get into building, unit, elevator, exit doors, etc. to a more modern swipe key or wristband. The two keys were cumbersome and confusing as well as outdated.
