Coral Club Condo is your tropical haven in the serene Sombrero Beach Neighborhood, just a brief 10-minute walk from the iconic Sombrero Beach. Step outside to your private porch at the Coral Club Condo and savor breathtaking sunsets. The complex offers a refreshing pool, where you can lounge in the sun or find shade under the expansive tiki hut located downstairs. For fishing enthusiasts, a fish cleaning station is right off the dock.

- Parking Restrictions: Room for two vehicles parked on site (stacked parking), with no room for boat trailers. Ask us for off-site parking recommendations; prices vary from $100 to $300 per week.

Booking Policies:

Minimum Stay: A 28-night minimum stay is required by Condo regulations, with no exceptions. The city determines the maximum occupancy, and it cannot be exceeded, covering adults, children, and infants.

Cancellation Policy: We maintain a strict 60-day cancellation policy. If the cancellation is made at least 60 days before the arrival date, you can cancel your reservation and receive a full refund, excluding processing and admin fees. If you cancel within 60 days of the arrival date and we are able to secure another booking for the same time by opening the calendar, you will receive a full refund, minus processing and admin fees. If we are unable to secure another rental for the specified time, the deposit will be the only amount refunded.

Contract: Upon confirmation of your booking by our office, you will receive an Adobe E-Sign contract for signing. Once signed, the contract will be automatically returned to us.

Payment Options: The total reservation charges include credit card processing fees by default. We are happy to accept checks or EFT bank payments with no additional fees, and in those cases, the processing fees can be removed from your total once you confirm your preferred payment method. Credit card payments are subject to the following fees:
– Visa, MasterCard, and Discover incur a 3.5% processing fee (excluding taxes and deposit)
– American Express incurs an additional 0.99% fee (excluding taxes and deposit)
