Fantastic two story house with whitewater view of Neahkahnie beach. Enjoy the views from inside the house or outside on the three decks.

This house is located on the north side of Manzanita below Neahkahnie mountain. 5 minute drive to downtown Manzanita and 4 blocks to the beach but well above tsunami risk. Neahkahnie beach is less windy and less busy than the beach at Manzanita.

The floor plan is reversed so the first floor has an ocean view bedroom with queen bed, a full bathroom and a tv room with 65" roku tv. The sofa slides out to a full size bed. You can also access the private, ocean view hot tub and deck through the back door in the bathroom

Upstairs give you a fantastic ocean view from the bright vaulted great room. A large sectional couch faces the views and the wood burning stove. The covered upper deck with several views can be enjoyed even if it rains.

The complete kitchen has large quartz counters and new appliances including a double drawer fridge. The pantry hosts a coffee bar and full size fridge.

The master bedroom has a king bed with more of that wonderful ocean view. And right off it is another full bathroom with shower.

The house has a gas furnace so no pesky cadet wall heaters. Washer/dryer are in the insulated garage along with some boogie and surfboards. Spend your days around the fire pit out front and get your grill on with a gas BBQ which is undercover for those rainy days. Plenty of paved parking with one level spot for a larger vehicle.
