Ponderosa at Wapato Point is located on the resort property of Wapato Point in Manson, WA. This resort is located on the shores of beautiful Lake Chelan, world renown for it's crystal clear blue waters. The Ponderosa community features an exclusive clubhouse and gated pool with 10-person hot tub, lavish pool with baja loungers that is only available to the Ponderosa owners, renters and guests.

Step outside and enjoy the sandy beaches of Wapato point right outside your back door. For your convenience Paradise on the Point offers two beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, wagon, and water floats. These items are available Memorial Day-Labor Day.

Bring your boat or Jet skis! Free dock and buoy moorage during your stay just steps from your unit. Store your trailer on the property. Launching available at Mill Bay Park.

Wapato Point resort is the northwest's best kept secret! You will have access to pickle ball and tennis courts, playground equipment, Community kiosk featuring a weekly calendar of activities including games, crafts, organized activities and equipment rentals, miniature golf course, seasonal trout pond, lakefront water sport rentals and beachfront grill with snacks and ice cream! Miles of walking trails, biking trails, award-winning Wapato Point Cellars featuring food and wine. All these amenities are available right here on the point!

All sleeping spaces feature black out shades, alarm clocks with charging stations, duvet bedding, lux pillows and plenty of bath towels.

The primary suite features a king bed and an in-suite shower with a view of the lake, private balcony for coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening.

The guest suite features a modern beach vibe. This suite features a queen bed and an in-suite shower/tub combo.

The 3rd floor loft area comfortably sleeps six. This includes one queen sleeper sofa with lazy boy memory foam mattress, two twin trundle beds sleeping 4 comfortably with dreamy duvets, and a comfy reading area. The loft features a private bath with shower and tub. Swivel mount 65" smart TV ready for gaming, streaming and snuggling down with your favorite people and bowl of popcorn!

Gourmet kitchen with every amenity possible to entertain and cook for family and friends, including Cuisinart dual Keurig and 12 cup coffee pot, air fryer, four slot toaster, ninja blender, and a Weber Genesis BBQ.

Electronic amenities include 4 smart TV's, FUBU, high speed internet, Bluetooth speaker and USB charging stations in the living room couch.
