„Das Zimmer war unangenehm klein, das Bad sehr eng. Die Klimaanlage mit 24 C und etwas höher nicht niedriger einzustellen trotz Nachfrage. Von 2 Gästeaufzügen funktionierte am Morgen nur einer, also sehr lange Wartezeit am Morgen nach oben. Das Personal war zwar freundlich, aber hilflos, wies z.B. nicht auf die Benutzung des „staff“-Aufzugs um die Ecke hin.“
