We loved our stay at 1 Harborbrook In Manistee Michigan! Beautiful apartment. The view of the harbor was so spectacular! So much to do in and around the area. We are looking forward to visiting again. Highly recommend this place!

Had bugs in the bathroom most of the time. I was under the impression that there was a washer and dryer. I would suggest you change the hinges on the refrigerator from left side open to right side. Other than that my stay was good. Can’t beat the location

The property was fine, the amenities seemed OK. The pool area was clean. The condo itself did not have any linens for any of the beds, this was included in the stay so not sure what happened. Overall, 7 out of 10 may look for another place next time we visit.

The place was nice but it wasn’t very clean. We had to pick up dead flies and dust floors in the bathroom. Plus it said there was cable but it only had internet. We made do and streamed movies but not what was said in the description and welcome packet. When we asked they person was not in the area but could possibly come the next day but we were only there for a short weekend.

Great lication! It's short drive to downtown Manistee or a short walk to the beach. The property was clean and well stocked. The dining window offered views of the harbor, flowers teeming with butterflies and an occasional hummingbird. Finally, we appreciated having access to both the indoor and outdoor pools.

The unit was located on a harbor, scenic with boats and sailboats. We used both the indoor and outdoor pools. Unit was well cleaned, bed comfortable, and kitchen well stocked. We had a concern with the dishwasher which was communicated to management, and owner handled to our satisfaction. The photos in the unit were well done. The butterfly bush outside the dining table was enjoyable. We also ate several meals on the porch and enjoyed sitting out there. The unit was within reasonable walking distance to the beach; however, we chose to drive and save our walking for trips to the lighthouse. The grounds around the harbor were well maintained. The unit has a quiet environment, and we enjoyed our stay; best suited for two adults. t

I actually stayed at the same condo village in another until prior and didn't even realize it was the same place until I pulled in. It is in a great location and I love the lake being walking distance away. The unit was clean, so minor things could use updates, but we are not too picky. I love the firplace and view. The condo was a bit smaller than it appeared in the pictures so it was a tight fit for the three of us. The only really disappointing thing that we encountered was the ourdoor pool and spa were closed for part of the trip as well as the indoor spa for part of the trip. We booked the unit here specifically for the indoor/outdoor options. I remembered this happened with the indoor pool/spa the last time we stayed in the condo village. At least the last time they were willing to prorate the price due to that fact that we couldn't use the facilities we paid for. All in all you will like this place and location especially if all the amenities are working.

We really enjoyed this condo. It was clean and pictures were accurate. Best part was deck with coffee in the morning or drinks in the evening. Really enjoyed this part of Manistee! Would definitely recommend this condo

I stay for a total of 8 nights and it was the perfect escape. Walked the beach, went to the pool, enjoyed the peace and quiet. Worked remotely a few days with great internet access…No problems. Everything was clean, comfortable, and we’ll appointed.

Very clean and well-appointed! The mattress in the bedroom was VERY comfortable....sometimes a rarity in rentals at Harbor Village, I am sorry to say. Loved the door lock...very easy to get in and out! Very quiet which we liked...Overall, a nice experience.....We would love to rent this unit again in the future!

Only complaint was that property manager did not respond regarding the electronic reclining chair. The chair would have made watching TV in the tight quarters much more comfortable.

My husband, college-aged daughter and myself were there for a long weekend. It was a fabulous location! The amenities were great with a hot tub overlooking the harbor and truly amazing sunsets at the beach only a short walk away. The condo had everything you could ask for. We will be back for sure. Couldn’t ask for better!

Overall great stay! Perfect size for a couple. Convenient location. It was very comfy and cute. Only downsides were key pad is a little temperamental and there was a few scattered items under the stairs that looked questionable like a window screen and some packaging (that area is a common area). Would definitely stay again.

W loved the overall place. It has a warm feeling when you walk in. Just a few concerns: The Code on the door was difficult to figure out, freezer thaws and than refreezes since ice cubes were in chunks. Bathroom could be more handicap since this place is on the first floor.

My husband, myself, and 5 year old visited Manistee and Lake Michigan for the first time over Labor Day weekend - the whole area is lovely! The condo was just what we needed, and was the perfect location. We ventured just an hour north to Sleeping Bear Dunes and Glen Arbor - a must see! The one item I have to give a negative review on is the bed... super uncomfortable and the headboard squeaked all night with the slightest movement. In addition, the pillows were absolute pancakes! Thankfully, we were right next to the indoor pool and spa and that helped as we soaked away the aches :) Other than that - this place is perfect and we hope to return soon when we can spend an entire week and explore more of the area.

Nice one bedroom condo. Had everything we needed. Great view of the harbor and all the boats. Our first time staying in Manistee and we really enjoyed the town. This condo was perfectly located. The building with the indoor pool, hot tub and gym is right next door. Then next door to that building is the outdoor pool. A 60 second car ride (or short walk) puts you at their local Lake Michigan beach. The facilities there for bathrooms and concessions looked to be recently updated. You can also take a leisurely stroll down the pier to see the lighthouse. The beach also has fire pits available for the public to use each night. They sell firewood at the beach building. Overall, we would stay there again. Note, if you will be staying longer term, the condo does not have laundry.

We loved this property! The condo was clean, management was so accommodating, the location was steps from the beach and the Manistee lighthouse and so convenient for visits to Ludington and Traverse City! We made great use of the pools and loved the harbor views from the small deck. However, the beds were very firm, and my fiance and I had some trouble getting comfy after our long days vacationing. Also, some of the literature left in the condo contradicted the online guidebook, so it was hard to know what was right (things like departure procedures, pool hours, and HVAC settings). Overall we would definitely stay here again, maybe bringing our own mattress topper!

The location was very good and we enjoyed visiting Manistee and the area. As far as the condo, it was comfortable inside, especially with the fireplace to take off the chill in the morning. It was impossible to sit outside on the deck as the air conditioning unit for the indoor swimming pool next door was very noisy. The view was very nice and the beaches were some of the best. On the downside, most of the dishes were chipped and the place could use a real bathmat; not the thin towel. Bed was comfortable. Lots of movies/games were available. However, no current information about Manistee (the latest book was 2018) or resturant info.

Overall the experience was very good. The condo is in a perfect location with a lovely view of the marina and big enough for 2 people. Plenty of dishes and kitchen type of amenities that helped us cut back on going out to eat. Disappointed that the indoor pool was closed during our stay. As someone who is sensitive to the sun, I was looking forward to that and specifically booked this unit because of that feature. Wish I had known that in advance. Thankfully not too hot during our stay so I was able to use the outdoor pool which was great.

This unit makes attempts to be cute, but for that fee, I would expect a high quality interior. The whole complex has that same feel, kind low grade country club. And there cleaning was not up to standard—could be the stress of extra COVID cleaning time so corners were cut? The dust bunnies under the bed were thick and the bedroom smelled musty. Warning to those with and chemical sensitivities: the cleaner solution used is very toxic! The cleaning company did not wipe it down so there was a horrible formaldehyde smell and residue, even on my food in the fridge! Not sure if there even is a way around this. And my risk for traveling at this pandemic hour, understood. The manager was responsive so that was a plus. Nice to be so close to the beach park and Lake Michigan for Sunsets!

Being that the property felt a little more 'homey' than a hotel was nice but that was really the extent of it. The smell hit you right when you entered the front door and was super overwhelming. Silverware is provided but the drawer organizer was absolutely disgusting. I am not sure if it was crumbs or what it was but I double washed each utensil before even using it. When changing the trash bag, I wanted to vomit when I saw what was underneath. It was caked with whatever leaked from the garbage bag and definitely not from out stay. I also noticed in the corners and under the end tables large dust bunnies and what looked to be fur. Somewhat alarming considering pets ARE NOT ALLOWED. The refrigerator was far from well. The smell when you opened the door was one that would make you want to vomit. I am appalled that I even had to keep my food in there. Considering the price that I paid to stay here for the weekend and the extra fees that were paid, I would have expected this place to be spotless. Not that I would eat food off the floor but I would have expected it to be that clean! Also for those who are traveling with young children, this is not the place for you. My daughter is almost two and she is a very smart girl. However, there are so many little, random things in the drawers that simply caught her attention, Unfortunately I was very disappointed and would not stay here again nor would I recommend it to anyone wanted to visit Manistee.

We have stayed in this unit more than once. It hasn't changed. That being said, it is entirely adequate, but nothing special. It needs some updating, but location is good (close to pool and to walkway to beach). Dealing with Tim was effortless, he responded quickly and was more than helpful. I offered him a few suggestions, so I guess we'll see if anything is different next time. Nice unit to stay in, nothing out of the ordinary.

Tim (manages the property) is amazing and made sure everything went smoothly. The place is very clean and the pools are perfect. If you are wanting to spend a lot of time at a pool, this place is absolutely for you. I have some areas of improvement below, but if you were going here for the pool, then it would be 5 stars because the pools are so well done. The reason for 3 stars is that the place itself is very out dated and in need of investment. The kitchen and living area are incredibly tiny, so I would not recommend more than 2 people staying. Again, the whole place was very clean, but fore the price of rental, it really needs updated. (change out tape deck for blutooth, update TV, cabinets and appliances are very old and clunky, showerhead is really old and cheap, bed is old and squeaky, lighting in bathroom is very dark).

The property is well located. The only downside of the week was more than one day we could not use the indoor or outdoor pool area because someone pooped in the pool(s) and they had to close all day to disinfect them. Who doesn’t know about swim diapers anymore????
