Hallo zusammen, das Hotel war sehr schlecht gedämmt, man konnte alles von draußen hören. Die Kissen und das Bett waren extrem hart. Der Pool war unterdurchschnittlich und nicht sauber. Das personal war auch nicht gerade nett, sie haben unser Gepäck nicht hoch gebracht und auch nicht den Weg gezeigt. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung somit 2 Sterne sonst würde ich ich nur einen geben. Für das Geld kriegst man bestimmt was besseres.

Entspricht nicht ganz 4 Sternen. Nach europäischen Standart eher 3 Sterne. Sehr, sehr großes Hotel das überwiegend von Koreanischen Urlaubern bebucht wird. Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut. Service Ok. Das Personals am Empfang sehr Nett und Hilfsbereit. Hotel liegt zu allem sehr Zentral.

Ehr gutes Hotel
Ein sehr gutes Hotel, welches wirklich 4 Sterne verdient. Das kann man ja nicht wirklich von allen Hotels in der Umgebung behaupten. Werde jedesmal wieder dort Absteigen.

Uns gefällt es so gut in diesem Hotel, dass wir immer wieder das gleiche Hotel buchen, wenn wir in Manila übernachten müssen. Wir haben das Swimmbad auf der Dachterasse sehr genossen.

This was our first trip to Manila. We’re weren’t familiar with hotels in the city. I was recommended to stay near the Mall of Asia. We reserved 3 rooms for 4 nights. 2 out 3 rooms walls papers were pilling off from the walls and there were molds in parts of the room. Hotel is no smoking but someone or some people were smoking. We could definitely smelled the cigarette smoke in the hallways; 2nd floor had unpleasant smell all the time. If you’re budget minded and want to be close to the Mall of Asia, I guess the hotel will be sufficient. When we were checking out they had me wait to receive our room deposits until someone physical checked all rooms. I don’t plan to go back there.

what i liked about the property were, the room was wide and clean. what i did NOT like were the bath room shower floor tile were slippery. when it gets wet it was so slippery, i also noticed the floor shower has NO slope to drain the water, the drain was leveled with the floor, when taking a shower some of the water are getting into the other side. the shower glass wall/door did not help at all to contain the water in the shower area. also the bath lavatory was cracked, although it has no leak but still a broken lavatory.

This place was amazing!! For my first hotel and first time landing into manila i chose this place. I dont regret it clean rooms!! Friendly staff checking in to check out was fast and smooth! Highly recommended its near the biggest mall of asia! Will be rebooking here in the future

This property is attentive upon arrival. But druriing my stay I needed my room clean and laundry picked up in the afternoon. I literally had to call 3’or 4 times between front desk, housekeeping, coincierge. They rarely pick up their phone. I also wanted 3 plastic bags brought up to my from for food leftover. And it was never delivered. Decent hotel for short stay but don’t expect too much

Had advertized a swimming pool (I came to swim) which was closed. The view out my room’s window was like looking at a trash dump. The Staff made me wait 45 minutes at checkout while the attended arrivals who came in after me. Gave me no discount when asked for late checkout even after their failures.

The property is old and deteriorating. The pictures are very different. The wallpapers in the room are peeling, there’s crack in the toilet bowl, there was a smell of cigarette. Worse, parking is only for limited slots only. When we went out and return, no available parking and I had to demand for assistance. Not to mention that the aircon was barely working. I will not choose this hotel again.

The hotel is located in a great location within close walking distance to the Mall of Asia. The hotel has a covered parking garage located behind the hotel which you have to access by driving around the block but, once there the security staff will assist you and register your guest parking. It’s a short walk to hotel elevator but, once inside the hotel it is rather confusing to find the front desk lobby due to lack of visible directions or signage. The hotels garage elevator does not go to the ground floor even though there is a “G” button inside the elevator and will automatically stop on the 2nd floor. Upon exiting we found another set of elevators but, they do not go to the lobby as well. A guest directed us to walk in the opposite direction towards a restaurant on the 2nd floor and from there to take the escalators down to the lobby. You will also need to take the same escalators up to the 2nd floor to take yet a different elevator to go up to your hotel wing. The hotel pool looked a bit stained so we opted to pass on swimming. The hotel’s gym is accessed by walking through the hotel’s restaurant which is strange as you walk by other guests who are eating. The gym was very disappointing as the few equipment they had was broken and the air conditioning was also broken. On a positive note, breakfast buffet was good with many choices including fresh fruit. The staff was friendly and helpful so hopefully the hotel will improve and address some of the issues.

The hotel is fine but there are some points that make the stay less pleasant. For instance, the room is only cleaned the moment you check in. As a result, we had to wait an hour in the loby before we could go to the room. It was indicated several times that it was going to take a maximum of 10 min. But it ended up being an hour. The room was neat, spacious and clean. However, the windows were full of descriptions (with marker) and the balustrade was full of cigarettes and leftover noodles. Not really attractive to look at. Nothing was done about this after a report. The location is fine, within walking distance of Asia Mall and other attractions.

Found roach in bathrooms 2 days in row, i only stayed here 2 nights. Ac was working weak. Called they tried the first time didnt work n got tired of complaining so i just said whatever, plus i had the suite room staying in 7th floor n they wanna charge me more money cuz i got there early, other hotels in area didn't charge me that, will i stay here again? Definitely not

The staff was friendly and it in a nice area. We had room 701. The minute we walked in you could see the wall paper stained and peeling off all the walls in the living room. We found roaches in the bedroom and bathroom. We immediately left the room and moved to a better hotel. This could be a great hotel is the owner would fix up the room. This hotel would be closed by the health department if it was in the USA.

Like:Close proximity to MOA. Good selections of buffet breakfast, and varies everyday we were there. Staffs were helpful and cordial. Room is clean and bed is comfortable, and able to sleep well. Dislike: smell of cigarette smoke on the 7th floor, and coffee during breakfast tasted light.

The location is good close to mall of Asia and airport. Outside smells like urine and human waste if you walk to the mall of Asia. In hotel escalators didn’t work and half of the elevators were not working. Had to wait an hour after check in time to get into room dues to not being cleaned. Room key didn’t work a few times so had to get reprogrammed a few times.

房間整潔，浴室花灑水壓ok，房間有拖鞋，浴室用品質量ok，有免費樽裝水。早餐要求不高的話選擇足夠，不差，整體都幾滿意，就是wifi 信號差。
