It was very clean! The staff was always kind and helpful! The only thing was charging for coffee. My husband and I have not been charged for coffee any where else. Overall/ excellent!

The *only* detractor (and a very minor one at that) was that our king sized bed didn’t have king sized pillows.
Otherwise, a great recommendation for anyone looking for a safe, comfortable & connected stay in Manhattan.

Initially, because we booked on Expedia they tried to stick us in a bad room and wouldn’t honour the room upgrade offer. Once I demanded to speak to a manager they were all of a sudden able to find me a room upgrade. Very nice otherwise.

We had a pleasant stay in hotel however the extra charges and receipt are quite confusing. The food from hotel restaurant is expensive, you will be added taxes and sevice charges. Wifi did not seem to work well either for us.

"I always enjoy staying at the Paramount. A great location that is pretty organized. I appreciate the super-clean room. The only problem with my stay last week is that I (and others) stood in line at least 20 minutes to check in because the two check in staff were handling what were clearing complicated ..."
