Upon on our arrival (Friday, 9:30pm), we followed the instructions from the email, to get the key because no one was at the office. The lockbox was already opened (not locked), the only key that was there was the wrong key.
We attempted to call the emergency line but no one was answering and the voice mail was full. We had to dig through several 3rd party websites to finally find a number that would work. Once we spoke to a representative, they told us that there was no back up key and we should try it again. After realizing for a second time that the key didn't work and wait more to get the line, the representative told us he could meet us at the office in 40 minutes (no car, they had to walk!). There were also 6 other people trying to get in touch with a representative because they had similar problems.
We were eventually let in 4 hours later by a maintenance guy.
Once we got in the cabin, one of the toilet was not flushing. We had to spend some time fixing it.
On Saturday, we all got ready to try the jacuzzi. Only to learn the jacuzzi had been out of commission for months. This was not advertised. The jacuzzi was one of the reason why we picked this cabin, needless to say it was pretty disappointing.
We tried contacted them afterwards and they were unresponsive to email and phone, obviously trying to avoid the situation.
DO NOT STAY HERE! Listing is not as advertised, basic essentials not available, incompetent employees, and terrible service. The mgmt company is also not accountable. AVOID this place if you want to avoid a headache.
