Gut: Sauberkeit
In general the place provided a comfortable stay, but there were issues with the listing accuracy and condition/cleanliness that need to be addressed and that the property management group would not address ( so I was left without solutions while in Mammoth). Positives: remodel was done well, steps to shuttle, hot tubs were great, property in pretty good shape, Negatives: NOT a three bedroom (two bedroom and a loft) and people in loft have to go downstairs to the bathroom and there is no door to the loft so it is not a bedroom, black ants everywhere within the property, place was certainly dusty with lots of dust in untracked areas, grill is 100% broken and needs to be replaced (we finally got it working after hooking up a new shorter can of propane and propping it up with a bag of wood pellets), no instructions on TV, had to pick up keys even though there is a keyless entry system, biggest disappointment is that nobody took responsibility for the listing inaccuracy while in Mammoth because the property management company said the listing inaccuracy was the owner’s issue.
