Super Zimmer auf Durchreise nach Kanada
In Malone an sich ist nichts los. Wir waren aber auf der Durchreise nach Ottawa und waren mit dem Zimmer sehr zufrieden. 2 x Queenbetten (sehr bequem), Kühlschrank, große Dusche, riesen TV und am wichtigsten: alles sehr sauber. Wir würden wieder buchen.

The lady at the front desk attitude was very nasty and aggravating to deal with to say the lease and then she puts me in a room right next to a noisy dog and someone or something kept banging on the walls all night long. My stay was beyond uncomfortable and I will not be booking with yall anymore. As a matter of fact I am going to inform my family and friends so they will do the same and not do any business with this hotel.

Nice staff. Could use better breakfast options for ppl who are dairy free and vegan. The lighting is dull and yellow. The light bulbs could be brighter or the lamp shades could be lighter. Either or but it’s not bright at all so the visibility is not good. Overall a decent stay.

Since it is in the middle of town, there are no plants or trees. Just asphalt. But that just means that there is plenty of parking. Staff was very helpful and pleasant!!

This was a totally unexpected stay and we are so glad we got to stay here. We typically do not stay at Red Roof properties due to previous poor experiences, however this property is exceptional!!! Our room was spacious and super clean. There were plenty of towels and the heat worked perfectly. The breakfast offerings were plentiful and fresh. The lobby and hallways were clean and well maintained. There was ample parking and the location is close to many shopping opportunities and restaurants. The staff was very polite and helpful. Absolutely no complaints and we would stay here again for sure!!!

I like everything about the property EXCEPT.... I think you should think about upgrading the bathrooms with BIDETS. I am handicapped and cannot use the bathroom like a normal person. Adding one of these to some of your rooms would be very helpful to people like me. They are inexpensive at Walmart and easy to install. If you could give people like me an option, you would be doing us a great service.

After a long day away with family, arrived back to stay at the hotel along with my wife and had forgotten my room card keys. I explained the situation to the desk attendant and she promptly made me a new card. Super convenient and I was able to quickly get up to my room. The problem is that she didn't ask either of us for ID! This is totally an unsafe and unacceptable. Plus the hotel is made with shabby materials and was noisy.

We had everything we needed for an overnight stay, beds were comfortable, there were different pillow options (firm and soft), grocery store was just across the street, breakfast was good (even had some fruit), we utilized the fitness center, and the staff was kind and helpful. Rooms could use some maintenance (the bathtub molding was falling off) but the room was clean. We would stay here again.

The lady at the front desk seemed super annoyed to have to deal with us. We got no hello or anything. Just “I need ID.” Handed us our room card didn’t say a word explains our room number or directions. Very rude. When we got to our “non smoking” room, it smelled like smoke. We had stayed here before and had a better experience. We will use the other hotel in the area if we need to stay in Malone again.
