Tolle Villa mit großem Pool
Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen! Der Pool ist richtig schön groß (10x5m) und der Garten groß und schön gepflegt. Es ist ein altes Haus, dass schon vor einigen Jahren renoviert wurde. Aber alles ist ordentlich hergerichtet und schön eingerichtet. Die Betten sind bequem... Die Villa liegt absolut ruhig, aber nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto von Pollensa entfernt. Es gibt auch einen Fußweg nach Pollensa. Man kommuniziert wirklich mit den Besitzern, einer sehr netten jungen Familie.

Mallorca im Herbst
Uns hat das Haus sehr gut gefallen.Die Anfahrt ist zwar spannend,dafür wird man aber mit Vogelgezwitscher und meistens absoluter Ruhe entschädigt. Die Betten sind sehr bequem,die Küche sehr gut eingerichtet. Die große Terrasse haben wir sehr genossen und der Pool lud jeden Tag zum erfrischenden Bad ein.

Wunderbare Tage im Norden
Das Objekt besticht durch Charakter, Raum und eine großartige Lage inmitten der Berge im Norden. Pollenca ist sehr nah und trotzdem weit genug weg. Die Ausstattung ist gut und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Gastgeber waren großartig und wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Danke für schöne Ostertage in 2022.

Das Anwesen besticht durch eine hervorragende Lage in idyllischer Umgebung. Gleichwohl ist es nur wenige Fahrminuten von Traumstränden und der wunderschönen Stadt Pollenca entfernt. Die Ausstattung des Anwesens ermöglicht einen Traumurlaub, was ergänzt wird durch einen hervorragenden Reinigungsservice und eine exzellente Betreuung durch den Vermieter. Der Vermieter kümmert sich liebevoll um alle Belange und erfüllt auch kurzfristig alle Wünsche. Alles was man sich für einen perfekten Urlaub nur wünschen kann findet man hier voll umfassend. Eine echte Empfehlung. Gerne jederzeit wieder.

Ein herrliches Anwesen - gemütlich, super ausgestattet mit tollem Pool
Wir waren eine Woche in dieser wunderschönen Finca. Zuerst wurden wir sehr nett von unserem Gastgeber Pere empfangen, der sich nach unserer verspäteten Landung schon um uns sorgte. Er zeigte uns alles und gab uns noch hilfreiche Einkaufs-Tipps. Die geschmack- und liebevoll eingerichtete Finca war sehr sauber, die Küche ist super ausgestattet und das Bett sehr bequem. Die Tischtennisplatte hat uns viel Spaß gemacht. Unser absolutes Highlight ist allerdings der Pool. Dank Luftmatratzen, Bällen und Schwimmringen war unser Spaß garantiert. Wir haben sogar im Anschluss den Grill genutzt und auf der Terrasse gemützlich unseren Fisch verputzt. Für uns eine rundum gelungene Woche!!! Vielen Dank dafür!

A wonderful house and garden in the mountains of Pollença
Thi House, the outside surroundings and the garden/swimmingpool had all we needed as a children’s family. We arrived to a beautiful place and we felt at home from the second we entered the estate. The landlords are the most thoughtful hostesses and we didn’t miss anything. We experienced a tiny issue with the air conditioning and the fridge but within an short period of time it was fixed. A cleaning team, and the pool and garden staff came during the week and it was fantastic. The booking through VRBO worked perfectly. Overall an amazing experience. The city and port of Pollença were a beautiful as expected. We might very well be back. 5 stars + to every aspect of our stay. Best regards from us

Fabulous villa and gardens
We so enjoyed our stay at Can Josepet - we wanted somewhere quiet and away from the busy towns but with a large outside area with large pool to all relax and enjoy some much needed sunshine. The garden was beautiful, established and very well cared for and the family were on hand at all times with any questions we had. Thank you Pete and Justyna.

Lovely villa with everything you need
The villa was clean and comfortable and had everything you need to cook if you wanted too. Not far to Pollenca and the many beaches but definitely need to hire a car if you want to explore or get to the shops. We didn’t need to communicate with the owners other than for check in but they were available if we needed them. Perfect size house, garden and beautiful pool for the week. Thank you

Peaceful Retreat:)
We were a group of 5 who had just been camping at Glastonbury music festival for 4 days and were in dire need of an escape for some rest and recuperation. Thankfully Can Josepet villa gave us everything we needed to soothe our souls. Pere was lovely and welcoming and gave us a helpful tour of the villa on our arrival, providing a lovely selection of local snacks and drinks. The villa was in the perfect location in the countryside for us, providing the solitude and quietness we yearned. The local supermarkets are only a few kilometres down the road, which was very handy and allowed us make great use of the terrific BBQ setup by the pool. It proved a perfect villa to relax and switch off as well as being an ideal spot to tour around and visit other locations on the island👍

Schöne Finca, gute Lage, freundlicher Vermieter
Schöne Finca mit großem Grundstück und großem Pool. Toller Blick auf Puig de Maria. Viele Bäume die Schatten spenden - im Sommer nicht zu unterschätzen. Das gilt auch für den überdachten Parkplatz. Große und für eine "typische" Mallorca-Finca moderne Küche mit guter Ausstattung. Separates Speisezimmer (haben wir nicht genutzt), großes Wohnzimmer. Der Master-Bedroom mit eigenem Bad ist sehr schön. Auch die beiden anderen Schlafzimmer - eins davon führt direkt auf die Terrasse - mit gemeinsamen Bad sind gut, Alle Räume sind klimatisiert und die Bäder und Toiletten haben Tageslicht. 2x pro Woche kamen sehr freundliche Reinigungskräfte, 1x pro Woche wurde nach dem Pool geschaut. Guter Service! Ein kleiner Minuspunkt sind die Gartenmöbel (Terrasse, Pool, Sommerküche). Stühle, Tisch, Liegen, Sessel sind ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Das lässt sich mit geringem Aufwand beheben. Insgesamt haben wir eine schöne Zeit dort verbracht, für die vielen Schnaken zu unserer Urlaubszeit können Justyna und Pere nichts :-). Übrigens: Übergabe und Rückgabe verliefen super einfach und sehr freundlich. Sehr nette Vermieter. Klare Empfehlung.

Happy reunion
We had a wonderful stay for 5 days, joining friends. The outdoor pool area was superb and the house was really comfortable & well equipped. We particularly appreciated the welcome basket of fruit, chorizo & other local goodies which we enjoyed poolside for one of our long lunches. Highly recommend!

Beautiful spacious villa
We stayed for 6 wks at this beautiful property, Pere and family were always so accommodating with any queries we had and always happy to help. Eli the cleaner came twice a wk and was delightful, has brilliant English and was so kind to the children. Pere met and helped with any requirements we had, step stools, potty, pool towels etc which really made it so much easier for us when travelling with children and staying for so long. The villa/finca is in a beautiful location and feels very private but not isolated, which is the perfect balance for us. It’s very spacious, well thought out and has everything you need. The pool fencing system with young children is fantastic! It isn’t really in walking distance to the old town, in cooler months without young children this would be possible though, the drive to the town is easy though and we found a spacious, easy, free car park so it wasn’t a problem. I only gave cleanliness 4* as I felt the villa could benefit from more of a deep clean, the rug was quite dirty and under beds, in corners etc could do with a bit more of a clean but this is minor, the main spaces were cleaned twice a wk, bathrooms very clean, towels and bedding etc very clean and as I said Eli who came was so lovely and did a good job, it’s really just a case of me being on the picky side, the villa is clean and well maintained. We would definitely recommend the villa and use it again in the future. Thank you Pere and family for such a lovely stay, for hosting us and helping us with our queries. Katy and family x

A beautiful, relaxing environment
A really beautiful setting with views to mountains. Peaceful and quiet location and the outside space is lovely with palm trees, great pool and good outdoor seating. Villa is also very nice with well equipped kitchen.

The garden and pool of Can Josepet are beautiful but the house is dark, the furniture old and it really needs some updating. With that said, the house is well-stock with everything you could possibly need. Also, Pere is very responsive and helpful.

Hello Cristina, I am happy that you enjoyed your stay. We hoped you to enjoy the best way, so we your comments are sad for us. Just say that this house was built in 1988 and completely refurbished in 2005 as you can see with the kitchen our the main room. Most of the furniture have been renewed from 2005 till now, for example the two double beds are new for this summer. If you may refer to older furniture, just announce that are antiques, not old. Understand that you are in a countryhouse, not in a urban villa. Also add that the house is absolutely bright, but you need to open the persian blinds, which have the objective of keeping the house cold in summer. Kind regards, Pere

Perfect location, property, pool and garden. The property is all on one level so great for young children. The location is in the countryside but only a five-minute drive from town, and a fifteen-minute drive to the beaches.

Wonderful stay in Pollenca
We had a lovely stay in Pollenca at Pere’s house. The property and pool are beautiful and we enjoyed having breakfast outside in the mornings (accompanied by the sound of the bell of a goat in the field next door) and using the BBQ in the evenings. The modern kitchen was a pleasure to use and well stocked. The drive down a tiny lane to the house took a couple of days to get used to but once we had memorized the turns it was fine! The house is in a great location near to Pollenca and supermarkets, also the port town which has a nice beach and some very good restaurants. Our favourite dining experience was at the hotel Son Brull which is over the road from the main entrance to the house. Pere was great at responding to a couple of issues we had and met us to guide us to the house on the first day. We loved visiting Mallorca and this house was in the perfect location to explore the whole island. The only thing missing was a printed list of practical area information but the host was very helpful providing some restaurant and supermarket info for us via WhatsApp.

Vriendelijk ontvangst door de eigenaar met welkomstpakket met een aantal supermarkt benodigdheden. Woning is echter oud en slecht onderhouden. Vaatwasser had nog etensresten van vorige huurder. Afvoer in de keuken was verstopt. Putje rook vies. Nieuwe moderne koelkast was weliswaar schoon maar rook sterk naar chloor. De wasmachine was oud en verroest en hebben we niet gebruikt. Keuken maakte in zijn geheel geen schone indruk. Vloer was ook niet goed schoon. De slaapkamers waren netjes opgemaakt met schoon beddengoed en handdoeken. Badkamers ook schoon. Tuin zag er slecht onderhouden uit. Deze werd gedurende ons verblijf wel verbeterd door 2 bezoeken van de tuinman. Zwembad was redelijk schoon maar de pomp werkte niet. Is later wel verholpen door de tuinman. Ook hier zie je dat het zwembad oud is. Tegels en voegwerk van omringende terras laten los. Ligbedden ronduit vies. Halverwege de week schoonmaak service en nieuwe handdoeken en beddengoed. De schoonmaak was een grap. Even snel een vieze dweil en klaar. Op de vraag of de ligbedden bij het zwembad schoon gemaakt konden worden werd door schoonmaakster gereageerd dat dat geen zin had. “Ze worden toch weer vuil” De laatste ochtend voor vertrek nog last gehad van stroomuitval. Dit had echter niets met het huis direct te maken maar met de gehele omgeving. Hier werd wel door de eigenaar adequaat op gereageerd met een elektriciën met noodoplossing. Dit huis wordt veel te duur verhuurd.

Estimado Loek. Gracias por su opinión, Estamos haciendo mejoras en casa, Ya hemos cambiado las tumbonas por unas nuevas, La lavadora no es nueva si, pero sigue funcionando perfectamente y se puede usar sin ningún problema. El olor a cloro de la nevera se debía a una desinfección y siempre se va en unos instantes, La suciedad que vio fuera se debía a polen y una tormenta de barro que pasó ( desde dia de su llegada hasta dos días después) que como comprenderá no depende de nosotros, En estos momentos se ensuciaron mucho las tumbonas y la piscina pero le mandamos tanto el servicio de limpieza como el jardinero enseguida. Y luego en varias ocasiones más en respuesta a cada cosa que le parecía a mejorar (bastantes veces). De nuestra parte puedo decir que todo ha sido resuelto al momento y sentimos mucho que la casa no fue de su gusto y no cumplió con sus expectativas. Nos parece injusta su nota. Saludos cordiales,

Fantastic villa in nice and quiet corner of the island
Stayed in the villa with 6 persons for 5 nights and enjoyed every bit of it. Comfortable / cosy living, good bedrooms, enormous garden with pool (too cold for us in October but that's expected). Large and very well equipped kitchen. You obviously need a car to get around and the road to the villa is narrow, but no problem.

A jewel in the Mallorcan countryside
We had a lovely holiday in this delightful villa. C'an Josepet is set in peaceful countryside but within easy reach of Pollenca. It is possible to walk to the town avoiding the main road. The villa is very comfortable, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you could possibly need. A real home from home. My husband is a very keen cook and he made full use of the modern kitchen. The spectacular mature garden and the pool area are also beautifully presented being private with an amazing view of the Puig de Maria. The addition of the sound system, table tennis table (with bats and balls provided) and a washing line with pegs were the icing on the cake. The villa was spotlessly clean and all communication with Pere and Justyna was answered promptly. They were very friendly and incredibly helpful. The welcome pack was a very thoughtful addition. We have rented many times in Mallorca and this villa is the best by far. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to friends and family and we would certainly use it again.
