„House was very nice and as described. Beds were comfortable, temperature was nice. The neighborhood was very run down with boarded up homes across the street. The camera at the front door is inside and pointed in to the house which was very uncomfortable. Reggie was very easy to communicate with and very responsive. Overall a very nice place.“

„We stayed for the roots picnic music festival and the property was beautiful located in a beautiful neighborhood. My one feedback is there is a missing pullout bed in on of the rooms. Otherwise the accommodations were great!“

„Sophie's house was fantastic. It was comfortable, located on a historic street, in the best historic part of Philadelphia. It is convenient to everywhere in the city, either walking, public transportation, or Uber. It is only 15 minutes to South Philly & the Stadiums by Uber. Independence Hall & the Historic District is a 10 minute walk. Sonny's fantastic cheese steaks is 2 blocks away. 2nd year we've stayed here, will again!“
