This stunning home is beautifully decorated, well stocked, and very spacious and inviting. It’s the perfect place for friends and family to gather together and make memories.

When you step outside, the magic happens! You will be awestruck by the breathtaking mountain views and the amazing wrap around deck that invites you to relax and soak in the scenery. There is plenty of cozy seating, a fire pit, and even a hammock for napping in the cool mountain breeze.

Hummingbird Hollow is a charming and spacious home filled with high end finishes and attention to detail that will make you feel right at home the moment you step through the door. The incredible outdoor space, along with the spectacular views, make this home the ultimate escape for your Great Smoky Mountain vacation. Additionally, this home now has Starlink internet! This high speed WiFi is great for anyone that may need to work remotely, or for streaming shows, movies, or video games.

Centrally located in Maggie Valley, it is just moments to the Cataloochee Ski Area, Tube World, and the entrance to the Blue Ridge Parkway. It is also just a short drive to Cherokee, Harrah’s Casino, Soco Falls, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. The Biltmore Estate in Asheville is less than an hour away.

When you arrive at the house, you’ll find plenty of parking for multiple vehicles. Walk up the steps to the front entrance and into your home away from home! You’ll enter into the mud room with a full size washer and dryer to use for your convenience, and plenty of space for kicking off your hiking shoes or ski boots. From there you, you will find the amazing living area. The open floor plan connects the kitchen, living and dining spaces, inviting conversation to flow as everyone gathers together in this delightful space.

The beautiful kitchen is filled with everything you could possibly need for cooking and dining, as well as a coffee bar and a center island with lots of counter space as well as seating for 4. There is also a desk and chair in this area for anyone that may need to work remotely. Off the kitchen is a lovely dining table with seating to accommodate your entire group.

From there, step into the living room with its wall of doors and windows where you can gaze at the gorgeous mountain views. The living area is filled with cozy furniture, a game table, wood stove (wood is provided), and a big screen tv with satellite cable and movie channels. There is also a half bath on this level for your comfort.

Off the living room is the spacious main bedroom with its comfortable king size bed, high quality linens, and tv. There is a walk in closet and en suite with a gorgeous walk in shower, separate tub and double vanity.

Outside this bedroom, travel downstairs to a second living area with a gas log fireplace, kitchenette, tv, full size sofa bed, and a library of books to enjoy. There are also two cozy bedrooms on this level as well as another full bath.

Back upstairs, travel outside to the breathtaking outdoor space that you will never want to leave! The covered wrap around porch is filled with cozy seating, including a hammock, where you can relax the day away while soaking in the views. Step down to the lower level deck to enjoy the fire pit, propane grill, and outdoor dinner area. There is also a screened in porch area for those warm summer evenings.

Hummingbird Hollow is located about a half mile up a winding gravel road leading to some of the most stunning views in the Great Smoky Mountains. It is a quiet neighborhood with lots of privacy. 4WD is not necessary to get to the house, but in the case of snow or ice, it is a must.

This property is not recommended for motorcycles or trailers and can’t accommodate recreational vehicles.

Guests will need a car to enjoy the house and all the area attractions.

The last half mile to the house is a winding gravel road. 4WD is not required during the milder months, but is recommended in the winter.

This property cannot accommodate recreational vehicles or large trailers, and the road is not recommended for motorcycles.
