Perfect for couples or groups of up to 4 people, this cozy space offers a peaceful refuge for those looking to immerse themselves in the authenticity of the charming Chamartín neighborhood.

With a separate bedroom, equipped with a double bed and a spacious wardrobe, the apartment also offers an ideal work corner with a desk. Additional comfort is found in the sofa bed in the living room, which provides accommodation for two more people. The full bathroom with a bathtub complements this space.

The single floor design unites the living room and dining room, creating a cozy and functional environment. The separate kitchen is fully equipped, providing everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The dining area has a table for four people, while the living room is equipped with a smart TV and a comfortable and functional sofa bed.

Additionally, this apartment offers the convenience of private parking and a seasonal community pool. It is the perfect starting point to explore Madrid, as it is located in an active area but away from the hustle and bustle of the center, allowing guests to enjoy local Madrid life.

The pool is open from June 11 to September 11 (approximately).

*Late check-ins have a special rate and are paid in cash when you arrive at the apartment.
*Two sets of keys are provided.
*Upon arrival we will request the passport or identity card of each guest.
*We appreciate that you take care of the environment and turn off the lights and A/C when leaving the apartment.
*If you want to have the use of the sofa bed, please note that this has an additional cost, consult with our team. Includes linen for the sofa bed and is prepared for your arrival.

-Check-in after 8:00 pm has a cost of 30 euros.
-Check-in after 11:00 pm until 9:00 am has a cost of 50 euros.
-Check-outs are at 11:00 am. You will only have to leave the keys on the table and close the door behind you.
