Enjoy an apartment in the heart of Madrid, on Madera Street, a particularly convenient location for discovering the city on foot and easily moving to other areas of the capital. The apartment has two bedrooms, both with double beds, and a sofa bed in the living room. It has two full bathrooms, both with showers. With capacity for 6 people, its layout offers spaciousness and flexibility for different accommodation needs. The second bedroom, which is accessed through the first, also has an en-suite bathroom, a layout that is especially practical for families or groups traveling together.



The property has been renovated and features a living room with television, dining area and a new sofa bed as of August 2026. Being a ground floor apartment, natural light is softer than on upper floors; however, the living room has a large glass door facing the street and both bedrooms have large windows facing an interior courtyard. Internet connection is included and one of the bedrooms has a desk.



The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, kitchenware and essential utensils so you can manage independently during your stay.



One of its main differentiators is its location in the heart of Madrid, very close to Malasaña and with easy access to different cultural, gastronomic and commercial areas of the city.

The apartment is very well connected and has several Metro stations within a few minutes' walk:

Check-in: • Access to the apartment is through an electronic lock, which allows for quick and flexible arrival. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM onwards and, from that moment, you can access at the time that best suits your travel itinerary, following the instructions we will send you before arrival • In case you require an in-person check-in, a supplement of 25 EUR will be applied for arrivals between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM, and 60 EUR for arrivals between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM • Check-out: until 11:00 AM.



For stays of 28 nights or more: • It will be necessary to sign a temporary rental contract • Utilities are included up to a combined maximum of 150 EUR per month. In case of exceeding this limit, the additional amount will be charged once the corresponding invoices are received • Internet connection is included • An additional administrative fee of 175 EUR will be applied.
