Perfect for solo travelers, couples, or friends eager to explore the city, it accommodates up to 2 guests. Charming Urban La Latina I features ducted air conditioning, heating, and free high-speed Wi-Fi.

The studio includes a fully equipped kitchen area with everything you need to prepare meals: a ceramic hob, microwave oven, and a complete selection of utensils and tableware. Additional amenities include a Nespresso capsule coffee machine, a kettle, and a toaster.

There’s also a cozy living area with a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen Smart TV, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring the city.

The studio offers a comfortable double bed with fresh linens and a modern bathroom with a shower. We provide towels, a hairdryer, shower gel, shampoo, and soap.

From the Airport:Take a taxi (fixed rate of €33) or use the metro:Line 8 from the airport, transfer at Colombia to Line 9 to Núñez de Balboa, then switch to Line 5 to Puerta de Toledo. Walk a few minutes to the studio.
From Atocha Station:Take Line 1 and transfer at Gran Vía to Line 5, get off at Puerta de Toledo, and walk to the accommodation.
From Chamartín Station:Take Line 10, transfer at Alonso Martínez to Line 5 to Puerta de Toledo, then walk to the studio.

THE FINE PRINT

Guests must present valid ID and a credit card at check-in.
Bachelor/bachelorette parties and similar events are not permitted.
Smartphone with internet access is required to access the apartment.
For stays of 28 nights or more, electricity and gas bills are paid by the guest.
If your arrival day coincides with your booking day, we cannot guarantee the apartment will be ready for check-in before 5:30 PM.
