Wir waren dort für 5 Nächte. Alles war gut. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und eignen sich für einen Aufenthalt mit Kleinkind.

Always a pleasure staying at this historic hotel The renovations are top notch and paying homage to history But the person who helped me tremendously on the phone was Louis He even switched room so both our daughters could have rooms in the same floor! He was SO polite and professional When our daughter Lisa met him upon checking in, she called me later, and said he was fantastic and so wonderful in person making her and her friends feel welcome and safe

I liked the service, front desk, is unique, very helpful , parking valet is very affordable, 25 dollars, the capitol is across the street, the only thing I didn’t like, is the calefacción is too noisy, otherwise , everything is excellent.

This place is awesome! All the staff is so nice, the pool and workout area is awesome and the fruit infused water near the lobby is a bonus! Lots of places to eat in walking distance. Our view of the Capitol Building is stunning!

Big rooms, comfortable beds, helpful staff, and best view of the Capitol. Food was so-so but acceptable. The place was fully remodeled 8 years ago so all is new. Recommend.

the hotel was very clean and very pretty and decorated beautifully for the holidays, our room was the smallest room we have ever stayed in. The bathroom was so tiny. we had no place to set our Toiletries. It was very cold also. We had to turn the heat upto 77 before we went to bed. We checked in early because we had to meet someone. They were going to charge us $40.00 for early check in unless we got a BW members card. We had one so they didnt charge us. Rooms were non refundable unless we paid 25.00 extra. our tiny room was over 200.00 after taxes and extra charges. Wont be staying here again.

I recently stayed at this location and gave an amazing review, sadly my stay this time was not the same. Upon checking in I was greeted with nothing but rudeness. From trying to downgrade a prepaid room. When I declined questioning me? I was in town on a personal matter for a child ( medical.) last thing I needed was to be met with kickback when trying to do a simple check in. I love this hotel but will never stay here again as I won't risk this front desk attendant and her attitude

I normally am greeted with amazing hospitality, I checked in this visit w/ everything but. Front desk clerk was rude, tried to downgrade my room( which was prepaid.) I stayed the day before and was greeted with complete opposite, nothing was offered from water to map? I will book elsewhere my next stay( which is frequently) to avoid this. Beyond disappointing
