The space
Enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine in the screened-in porch, or take in the breathtaking sunrises from the gazebo overlooking Paugh Lake. The shared driveway includes access to your own dock, so bring swim suits and start using the kayaks provided.

The carport adds convenience and protection for your vehicle.

Guest access
The property is accessed by via a shared driveway, used by island residents accessing the private island boat launch and the property owner.

Guests are expected to stay on the east side of the property.
