Gut: Sauberkeit
The property was easy to find. The driveway was a bit narrow but easy to pull into if you lined up the car and pulled in slowly. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was nicely equipped as was the bathroom. The living room had privacy for the adult sleeping on the sofa pull-out by providing french doors between the rooms. The front porch/furniture needed a bit of cleaning so we didn't use it, but in fairness to the owner it has been a long winter and when the furniture/porch is clean is probably extremely comfortable and pleasant. The washer/dryer combo is very helpful. What was a plus is we have that identical combo in our home so we can vouch for their reliability. The house was very quiet/peaceful. The neighborhood itself felt very safe and the surrounding homes are absolutely beautiful. The entire area is worth a walkabout. One "small town feeling" we enjoyed was hearing train whistles and chiming church bells in the distance. We felt very comfortable/safe there and would stay there again. The owner did a wonderful job of anticipating what travelers would need and enjoy in this home. Definitely worth booking for a tranquil, relaxing stay.
