Die gesamte Umgebung des Hotels ist, wie zu erwarten, sehr touristisch geprägt. Das Hotel selbst Uhr schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Einrichtung ist abgenutzt, Zimmer und Bad einwandfrei sauber, ebenso die Betten. Sehr praktisch ist die kleine Küche mit großem Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und Waschbecken.

It was a great room for the most part. Clean rooms and bathroom, but there were a few spider webs and a bunch of dead bugs that could’ve been cleaned better off the walls and balcony. Staff was really nice. Great view.

I was having a great time but after my rings became discolored because of the hot tub it was awful. A staff member Ben treated me horribly. He said my rings are fake and that my dead mother must have lied to me. My hair also turned green which Ben said was because I dye my hair. I just got married on Saturday and my rings are messed up. I was very emotional and Ben said I had too much to drink. When in fact, I hadn't had anything to drink. I called my jeweler who's going to fix my rings and the jeweler said that yes the hot tub caused it. Please put up a sign warning people that the hot tub can damage their rings.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The room was dated, but very clean. We were looking forward to using the hot tub but unfortunately it wasn’t open. We will stay here again when we visit Mackinaw City in the future.

We stayed in a suite and it was spacious for 3 people and 1 night. The staff were friendly. The location was good since it was close to mackinaw city and the expressway. There is beach access. It was quiet for a Saturday night and the price was right (however, it was in October so it’s not the busy season). Would stay again.

Mackinaw Beach & Bay Inn & Suites is a very clean property, easy to get in and out of, and very close to restaurants, ferry boats to the Island, etc. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. I recommend this property to people visiting northern Michigan!

Front desk staff helpful and efficient. The beds were clean and crisp. Walls were all newly painted. Property is older room carpet was a little spotty. The pull out couch was also questionable. The pool and hot tub area very disappointing. For the price we really can’t complain.

The tv didn’t work when we got there. Phone never worked. Toilet was broke. They sent maintenance 2 times but my husband had to fix it. When we asked to leave a day early due to all these things they were still going to charge us. Lastly I request 2 queens beds. We got a full and in adjoining room a king.
