Das Hotel liegt zentral und es ist nicht weit zu den Fähren. Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung, haben Aircondtion und Kühlschrank. Insgesamt ist die Anlage etwas veraltet. Der Frontdesk war professionell, es gibt einen Pool, einen großen Parkplazt und es liegt direkt am Strand. Restaurants sind in Laufweite. Lakeview möglich, wenn man es bucht.

Für ein Best Western Plus echt enttäuschend. Kein Vergleich zu anderen BW Plus Motels. Die Ladys an der Rezeption waren genervt bis unfreundlich. Die gesamte Anlage renovierungsbedürftig und teilweise unsauber. Das Frühstück sehr dürftig.Es gab nur ein trockenes Frühstückssandwich und Süsskram. Der obligatorische Frischkäse war nicht zu finden.

I ENJOYED THE VIEW OF THE BEACH. i recommend any ONE who stay at this property to bring some RAID TO SPRAY TO KEEP BUGS DOWN THE HOTEL IS VERY OUTDATED WALLS FULL OF DEAD BUGS FROM PRIOR PEOPLE STAY WHOM KILLED THEM AND THE HOUSE KEEPER OVER LOOK THE WALLS OF THE DEAD BUGS you have to walk across the way for breakfast which was not good plus overall stay uncomfortable for the amount of money they ask for a night

This is an old facility. The only thing I liked about this facility is it got best view of the lake. The staff weren’t friendly. Some of them at the front desk don’t even establish eye contact with me. This happened three times to me while I stayed there. The food at the breakfast run out, the server has left us before the time stop serving. No milk for the cereal, no coffee, no scrambled eggs, no orange juice, these happen 30 minutes before the close time. The dinning room was very hot. No air conditioning working. Finally the customers start making coffee by ourselves. Not good service.

The property was very dated. Old property that hasn’t been updated in a long time! With a seasonal hotel that was almost empty, our room was in a back section with the only window facing a hallway! Staff offered a coupon for a trolley tour that wasn’t available while we were there! We’d have to come back at a later date to use it! We were eligible for a room upgrade and no room upgrades were offered! Overall condition of property is run down! Staff were cordial but not inviting. Very disappointed with this hotel!

Last Minute Getaway… I have never stayed anywhere as close to the water as the room I had, and I can’t say how impressive this location is!! The waves at night sounded like you were at the ocean and the sand at this beach was spectacular. They could improve the breakfast a touch…eggs and maple syrup. Just a recommendation especially when you are in maple syrup country. The place was immaculate though - and the hotel staff were warm, friendly and very attentive.

I’m surprised that I “checked in” as the property was well aware I was unable to cross the bridge to arrive & the room was booked because we were as mentioned above, unable to cross the bridge. Who checked in at 10:07? Was this room given to someone and checked in under my name? Is there a secret time that I was required to check in by or I forfit my room? At the time of booking you were given a cancellation of 72 hours prior to arrival. The hotel in good faith held the reservations through the following morning at which time the hotel neither received any cancellation notification and no one arrived at hotel to occupy the reservation. There for as per company policy and in accordance with the cancellation/no show policy which you agreeed to when making your reservation, a cancellation/noshow charge was applied to the reservation. At no time did anyone check in under your name and at no time was the room occupied by someone else. Again, I apologize for any confusion in regard to your reservations and charges, and I hope that you will consider staying with us again so that we can have another chance to provide you with a superior experience.

It was a nice clean place to stay after shutting down our property for the winter. The staff was nice and they had a nice convenient breakfast the next morning. You definitely have to be able to walk flights of steps.

This is an old property in desperate need of updating. Things seems clean enough, but many things in the room were aged and in disrepair. The biggest concern was that when we arrived (after 9pm) there hadn’t been any heat turned in in the room. Considering it Was just above freezing outside, this meant it took a while before the room was comfortable.

For a hotel of this size and capacity I expected a lot of noise, I was surprised to find the place quiet and felt safe. the location is very convenient to dining and shopping. The staff was exceptionally gracious and helpful.
