Great fishing on deep water, amazing outdoor living space with covered entertaining, cabana, hot tub, large yard for games, fire pit, and kayaks.



The Space:

Welcome to our piece of paradise on Cedar Creek Lake! This serene lake front property sits directly on open water perfect for swimming, fishing, and pulling in and out water crafts with it's own private boat launch on the property! (DOCK WAS DAMAGED 3/2025 due to Mother Nature). A new dock has not been rebuilt.



Step inside to the stunning recently built home which has a desirable open concept perfect for gatherings allowing great entertainment and flow between the kitchen and living room. The living room has a large mounted smart TV, two cozy couches and chair and electric fireplace for colder nights.



The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream with beautiful granite counters, stainless steel appliances, fully stocked cookware, dinnerware, serving-ware, bakeware, coffee bar, and small kitchen appliances. Ample counter space for ideal catering and serving to guests. Find a seat at the large breakfast bar, oversized dining room table with plenty of room for everyone! There are sliding glass doors that walks out to the large deck overlooking the fabulous backyard and lake.



*Complimentary regular and decaf coffee, creamer, sweetener, a variety of cooking spices, salt, pepper, cooking spray, and cooking oil.



*Kitchen appliances include blender, K-Cup coffee maker, regular brew pot coffee maker, toaster, crockpot, and air-fryer.



The bright and airy primary suite/bedroom 1 (sleeps 2) has picturesque views of the lake with sliding doors out to the back deck. A beautiful king-size bed, desk, mounted smart TV, and highly rated mattress and sheets await you. Ensuite bathroom and closet attached.



-Bedroom 2 (sleeps 5) has a set of bunk beds with a queen size mattress on the bottom bunk and queen size mattress on the top bunk, twin size rollaway bed in closet, mounted smart TV, and closet for storage.



-Bedroom 3 (sleeps 5) has a set of bunk beds with a queen size mattress on the bottom bunk and queen size mattress on the top bunk, twin size rollaway bed in closet, mounted smart TV, desk, and closet for storage.



A lovely guest bathroom is located off the hallway across from bedroom 2 and 3 and has a granite countertop, single sink with storage underneath, and combo bathtub/shower.



-The laundry room features a full size stacked washer and dryer, laundry basket, iron, and ironing board.



The backyard oasis features large raised deck that extends across the back of the house and overlooks the backyard. The deck features a bar top table and stools and comfortable conversation set. Stay in and cook with an outdoor BBQ grill (propane tank included) and fire pit with seating for roasting marshmallows (complimentary starter smore's kit and firewood included). The swimming pool is a play pool only, 5ft deep. NO DIVING. The hot tub is perfect for relaxing on those colder nights! The property has beautiful views of the water and skies. Plenty of backyard games including volleyball, Spikeball, Badminton, Connect Four, Bocce ball and Jenga to keep guests busy for hours on end! Two kayaks, and life jackets are available free of charge for guests to use.



All 3 mounted Smart TV’s have Roku, Hulu, Netflix, HBO Max, etc. (There are NO LOCAL CHANNELS) You are able to log into your accounts on any of the TV’s.



The home is located within a short 10 minute drive to Main Street in Gun Barrel City which provides quick access to restaurants, shopping, Starbucks, and nearby state parks.

The Neighborhood:

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood on Cedar Creek Lake in the city of Gunbarrel City, Texas. The neighborhood is all single family homes. The homes are a mix of weekenders and full time residents.



Getting Around:

You can walk/bike around the neighborhood but would recommend a car if you wanted to go to shopping or out to eat. You are just a few miles from the main road with shopping, restaurants, attractions. You are about 15 minutes off highway 175 that runs from Dallas to Athens. You are about 30 minutes from Canton Trade Days!!
