The O1 - room 1 - Opera - 26m²

During your stay, you will enjoy a 26m² studio on the ground floor with:

- a living room with a comfortable queen-size bed (160x190), HD TV
- high-speed WiFi connection, ideal for remote working or simply enjoying the internet
- a fully equipped kitchen for cooking from scratch
- a spacious bathroom with shower and sink

Towels, soap, and shower gel are provided, as well as emergency supplies such as coffee capsules, tea bags, pasta, rice, spices, and more.

Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m. via a connected lock, and all information is provided 48 hours before arrival. Self check-out is also possible until 11 a.m.

As mentioned in the anounce, parties and noisy events (loud music etc...) that could disturb our neighborhood are forbidden in our apartment.
It is also forbidden to smoke inside the apartment.

Any breach of these rules during the stay will result in a financial penalty.
