- There is another bookable vacation rental on-site in the upstairs unit at the rear of the house. Other travelers may be present during your stay. The other guests must access their separate entrance through the backyard, which is otherwise exclusive to the main house rental. The washer, dryer, and EV charger are shared amenities; however, every effort has been made to limit any potential interaction between the two rental units, including separate entrances

This property features 5 exterior security cameras: 2 cameras are located at the front door facing the front entry, 1 camera is located on the left side of the home facing the driveway, 1 camera is located on the back of the home facing the back gate/entrance, and 1 camera is located on the right side of the home facing the side yard. They do not face the hot tub area. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras are activated by motion and will record video and sound while guests are in residence
