Gutes, ruhiges Hotel mit Parkgarage in Stadtmitte
Das Hotel liegt im Stadtzentrum, ist aber trotzdem sehr ruhig und verfügt über eine Eigene Tiefgarage. Ich war mit Filmcrew unterwegs, und wir sind sicher, dass wir das nächste Mal wieder dieses Hotel wählen werden!

Sehr schönes Hotel in absolut zentraler Lage
Wir waren über den Komfort und die super Lage überrascht; das gebuchte Frühstück im Vapiano war für uns gewöhnungsbedürftig aber lecker und das Personal sowohl vom Hotel als auch vom Vapiano zeigte sich durchgehend hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir würden jederzeit auch einen längeren Aufenthalt dort buchen.

Kurzbesuch in Lviv
Das Hotel ist in einer sehr guten, zentrumsnahen Lage. Die Oper ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Ebenso auch die meisten Kaffeehäuser und Restaurants.

Sehr günstige Lage
Man ist ganz nah dran am Zentrum, genießt aber zugleich den Vorteil der Ruhe einer Nebenstraße. Allesamt freundliche, hilfsbereite Ansprechpartnerinnen am Empfang mit guten Englischkenntnissen.. Großzügig geschnittene Zimmer. Ruhige Atmosphäre. Lecker frühstücken kann man im angegliederten "Vapiano", aber auch in einem der nahe gelegenen Kaffeehäuser. Ich war sehr zufrieden mit meiner Wahl und habe den Aufenthalt genossen. Insgesamt gutes Preis - / Leistungsverhältnis.

Gute Lage, gebuchtes Comfort-Zimmer nicht erhalten
Auf den ersten Blick macht das Hotel einen modernen, neuen Eindruck, bei genauerem Hinsehen zeigen sich jedoch kleine Macken (insb. im Bad). Ausgezeichnet ist hingegen die Lage, die Lemberger Altstadt ist in zwei Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Enttäuscht hat uns das gebuchte Comfort-Zimmer nicht erhalten zu haben mit der Begründung man sei ausgebucht - im Endeffekt hat sich ein anderer Gast über Terrasse und Ausblick gen Stadtzentrum gefreut, während wir uns mit einem französischen Balkon und Blick in die angrenzenden Hinterhöfe begnügen mussten. Obendrein war gleich nebenan das Fitnesscenter, ein Stockwerk über uns das Business Center gelegen - letzteres gefliest, man hat dadurch die Bewegung der Sessel bis spät in die Nacht hinein gehört.

Surpassed myou expectations. Super fast check in process. Clean lobby with attached café. Room was bright and large. Bathroom was clean and modern. The best thing was that it's walking distance to city center and all the great restaurants. Highly recommended for a short stay in Lviv.

Nice hotel with a disturbing BF procedure
I cannot stop laughing actually. I did book a Junior Suite which is for two persons incl. breakfast. The breakfast is available in Vapiano Restaurant next to the hotel. So I went in and got my Vapiano card. It's rather time consuming to collect all together you like for BF. So if you look for a quick breakfast - coffee and go is fine. Anyway - I did get 2 coffee, 1 orange juice, 1 water, 1 omelet, 2 slices of bread, 1 little plate with a tomato, butter and some ham. At the cashier I have been asked to pay a certain amount extra. I said there must be a misunderstanding because I did not eat that much. Firstly this woman at Vapiano cannot smile at all and secondly she get into bad mood very quick. The reason might be that my Ukraiian wasn't the best and she didn't speak English so well. But have seen that she treated the Ukrainian customers in a similar way. Anyway - I have been told that orange juice (not a fresh one - it's from the pack) as well as water is not included in breakfast. I said that I booked the room with 2 X breakfast and came alone -- but they didn't care. I'm a world traveler - I can say that I have never experienced a similar thing. The person at the RIUS reception was very kind and tried to talk to this strange woman in Vapiano --- but no chance. So all in all its a nice hotel, well located, rather new and in good conditions. If you are into a nice and relaxed breakfast time - choose something else.

Neues und sauberes Hotel in Stadtmitte!!!!
Ich war für 3 Tage in Lviv ( Lemberg)!! Das Hotel liegt in der Stadtmitte und innerhalb von 5 Gehminuten von der Fußgängerzone!!! Die Zimmer sind sauber, das Personal zuvorkommend und freundlich!!! Einziger negativ Punkt ist, dass man das Frühstück in einem Schnellresataurant einnehmen muss!!! Geschmaklich war das Frühstück gut jedoch gewöhnungsbedürftig!!!

Empfehlenswert!
Sehr angenehmes Hotel; großes, gemütliches und ruhiges Zimmer mit Ausblick. Lemberg ist ein ideales Reiseziel. Viele schöne Gebäude, Kirchen und Museen. Dazu Oper und Theater. Einzige Einschränkung zum Rius Hotel: man frühstückt unten im Vapiano Restaurant. Ich persönlich würde ein Frühstücksbuffet vorziehen. So muss man zweimal anstehen, einmal wg. des Essens, danach wegen der Getränke.

Verstecktes Hotel im Stadtzentrum
Das Hotel ist empfehlenswert für Gäste ohne gehobene Ansprüche. Mein Zimmer war funktional ausgestattet zur Übernachtung, weniger zum längeren Aufenthalt. Die Toilette steht gleich neben der Dusche. Ansonsten ist das Badezimmer sehr großzügig gehalten. Es waren viele ausländische Fernsehprogramme zu empfangen, darunter 3 deutsche (RTL, ZDF Neo, Das Erste). Das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt. Wünsche, nicht gestört zu werden -durch Anhänger an der äußeren Türklinke kundgetan, wurden akzeptiert. Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Rezeptionistinnen sprachen Englisch, aber kein Deutsch, schienen mir aber bei etwas Andrang sehr überfordert. Die Rezeption war generell mit nur einer Mitarbeiterin besetzt. Das angeschlossene Restaurant war ausschließlich italienisch ausgerichtet. Bestellung und Erhalt der Speisen und Getränke beansprucht sehr viel Zeit. Das liegt nicht an den Mitarbeitern, denn sie taten ihr Bestes. Die Bestellung und Ausgabe der Speisen und Getränke ist so dezentralisiert eingerichtet und man muss alles einzeln bestellen. Es braucht mindestens einen ganzen Tag,um sich an das Bestell-und Bezahlsystem zu gewöhnen. Die Rezeption
