„Always book here whenever staying in Caloocan. Location is safe, and accessible. There is always security and you always feel safe. The area and building and room is neat, tidy, and staff is super friendly. The owner Sarah and staff is very professional and check-in/out is always a breeze. I will definitely be booking again next visit in Caloocan! Maraming Maraming Salamat po!! “

„The staff was very good but I had a problem with the Wi-Fi service which was very poor.“

„Staffs were great!!!“

„It was a very good stay. The room was clean, bright and the beds were comfortable. Room service cleaned the room very good and were always nice and fast. Despite the big road near the hotel, it was no problem to sleep or work, since the window was properly isolated. The AC and the fridge were a bit loud though. The AC had a quiet mode, which worked well during the night, but as soon as the sun rose, the room became hot. There was also no warm water in the beginning. House maintenance fixed it ...

„Cheap“

„Small lobby though attentive staff.. clean“

„Need upkeep of the property in general. Rooms are outdated. Need new paint and flooring but staff are polite“

„Practical set up. Helpful staff.“

„Overall, I had a good stay at Monaco Hotel, although the main downside was a recurring issue with small cockroaches, especially in the bathroom. Aside from that, the hotel offers good value, with friendly staff, a convenient location, and included breakfast. I started noticing one or two small cockroaches almost every day, usually around the sink, vanity mirror, floor, or toilet seat. I informed the front desk on my second night and was told housekeeping would be notified. On my third day, I ...

„Just a step away from the mall, good parking, clean room and hallway and the best thing about it is staff are friendly and accomodating. I give it a 5 star.“

„Angemessen für diesen Preis. Allerdings kein WLAN wie versprochen. Und nicht viele Alternativen in diesem Stadtteil.“

„All in all a nice stay. Location of the hotel is top, near and walking distance to restaurants. Housekeeping service specially from Judy is excellent.“

„Mold growing in the shower. This place was filthy. Not a good experience. “
