„Although surprising that we were the only guests checked in, the entire property was still fully prepared to receive us - we were warmly greeted at the entrance, check-in was quick and easy, and we were given a chance to choose which room to take. Sadly, we were only checked in for 1 night but we enjoyed the entire visit. Breakfast was promptly served at 9 AM (you can choose whether to have it in the dining area or balcony - we chose dining room) and was enough for 2 of us. Staff were present ...

„The staff was very accomodating with our requests and informative with activities we can do around the resort. The place was very quiet and was able to provide me with a much needed break from a busy life. The views were amazing.
All in all, it was an amazing experience made easier by their staff.
As this is an "off-grid" stay out in the outbacks of Palawan, a bit of dust and dirt everywhere is expected. But the staff made efforts to provide us with anything we needed to stay comfortable. “

„What is the meaning of "sound proofed"? That you even hear cockroaches dancing on the table? Or hear everything from other rooms doing their love-games? Or roosters and dogs from outside?
And who really proofs that "sound proofed" is no fake?
At this Hotel it is definitely fake and with all the very cheap interior and a 2 sqm bathroom - how is it possible to promote this as 5***** Hotel? Total Scam, and unfortunately HOTELS.COM is a part of that ugly daily business to deceive customers. “

„The bathroom gets flooded after taking a shower. Receptionist did not cooperate calling shuttle bus to the airport coz she has her own contact and she gets commission. Hotel should coordinste with shuttle pick up“

„Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das einfache Hotel ist in ein sehr guten Zustand. Gemeinsames Aufenthaltsraum und Küche ist sehr sauber. Zentrale Lage in Santa Maria, Ilocos Sur.
Das Hotel ist in 1. Stock, deswegen nicht geeignet für Leute die mit Gehbehinderung.“
