Oakmere Grove is a 2026-renovated luxurious, stylish, modern organic oasis focused on seamless indoor/outdoor living thoughtfully laid out to accommodate larger groups across two levels with over 4,000 square feet, 5 bedrooms, and 4.5 bathrooms. Sleeps up to 14 people.

🚙 ACCESS :
Oakmere Grove is conveniently located in a country club community with access on all paved roads. Guests will not have access to the garage, but the driveway can accommodate 7+ vehicles. To respect the neighbors, please not do park on the street at any time and keep all vehicles in the driveway at all times. Please note: We do not offer refunds or cancellations due to weather, road conditions, inability to drive or natural events.

⚠️ PLEASE NOTE
While Oakmere Grove is child-friendly, it is not childproofed. Families with young children should be aware that there is one staircase inside the home that does contain a pet gate but not a baby gate, and no cabinet locks or outlet covers are installed. The layout and design are best suited for older children, and we kindly ask that parents supervise little ones closely throughout the stay, particularly with respect to the outdoor and pool area.

SMART HOME
You will check-in using a smart lock. We will provide you with a unique keypad combination prior to your arrival.

WIFI / CELL SERVICE:
Oakmere Grove has Xfinity Wi-Fi with gig speed downloading capability. There is generally cell service at Oakmere Grove, however it can be spotty in certain areas around the property. PLEASE NOTE: We cannot guarantee uninterrupted internet or cell service and are unable to provide refunds for outages or connectivity issues.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:
A valid government-issued photo ID may be requested for verification. The booking guest must be present and staying at the property — reservations cannot be made on behalf of others if you do not intend to stay. The booking guest is also financially responsible for all members of their party and must ensure that all house rules are followed.

NUMBER OF GUESTS:
Only the guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. Violating this rule may result in the immediate removal of all guests (and any visitors) without a refund. Please ensure your reservation reflects the correct number of guests, and update it if your party changes.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS, NO OUTSIDE VISITORS, NO OVERNIGHT GUESTS. QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 10:00 PM TO 7:00 AM TO RESPECT THE NEIGHBORS.

PET POLICY: We allow up to three well-behaved dogs per stay with prior authorization and a $100 non-refundable pet fee per dog per stay. Each dog must be added to your reservation, and the pet fee for each dog must be paid at the time of reservation. We have the following rules for guests who are coming with a dog:
- Guests are liable for any damage caused by a dog, including excessive cleaning or additional pool cleaning, or replacement of furniture or rugs that have been damaged or destroyed.
- Dogs must use the bathroom outdoors. Indoor pee pads are not allowed. Guests are expected to clean up after their dog and are expected to bring their own supplies to do so, although we do provide poo bags.
- Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or counters.
- Dogs shall be crated if left alone in the house.
- We are not liable for any wildlife encounters, dogs entering the pool, or harm to a dog while staying at our property.

SMOKING:
Smoking, vaping, hookah, etc. is not allowed on the property--neither inside nor anywhere outside on the property. A $200.00/day penalty will be incurred if any sign of smoking is detected after the guest checks out.

RING VIDEO DOORBELL & SECURITY CAMERAS: There are no recording devices inside the house, however, a Ring video doorbell is installed at the front and side door. Additionally, there are multiple exterior security cameras around the property. The cameras are on and recording at all times. These devices are for the safety of our guests and property.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Full refund if you cancel 30 or more days before check-in; 50% refund between 30 and 14 days; no refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued less the 3% card processing fee. Rentals are subject to our rental agreement.
