The Space:

This newly renovated, two-story farmhouse offers four bedrooms and three bathrooms, accommodating up to eight guests. Located on Main Street in Ludlow, it combines the character of a farmhouse with a convenient location close to the village and Okemo Mountain.



One bedroom is located on the ground floor, while the primary bedroom and upstairs work nook both feature desks for guests who need a place to work remotely. The main floor offers a spacious dining area, a TV area, and a shuffleboard table, creating comfortable spaces to gather and spend time together. At the entrance, a mudroom with lockers for skis and boots provides a convenient place to store your gear after a day outdoors.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire two-story home. Entry is provided via smart lock for convenient self check-in.



The Neighborhood:

Located on Main Street in Ludlow Village, the farmhouse is within walking distance of local restaurants, shops, and other downtown businesses. Okemo Mountain is just a 3-minute drive away, making it easy to enjoy a day on the slopes while staying close to the village.



Getting Around:

Car is required.



Other Things to Note:

Wildlife: This is a home in a rural part of the country. You may see wildlife including deer, coyotes, foxes, and bears. Please be mindful of your surroundings and leaving out food and trash.



Weather: In the winter, there will be snow, ice, and occasional snowstorms. We recommend driving a vehicle with AWD or 4WD. Please drive with caution and be prepared with regards to the ability of your vehicle to drive in the snow.



Power & Internet: This is a rural part of the country. You may lose power or internet during inclement weather. We do not issue refunds for loss of power or internet out of our control.



Air conditioning: There's a total of 5 window AC units. There's one unit in the living-room, and one unit in each of the four bedrooms. AC availability is seasonal and depending on weather (late spring and summer). Heating is also seasonal, and depending on weather, available during the cold seasons (autumn-winter).



Pets: We're happy to welcome your pup to the home. There’s a $150 fee + tax for the first dog and $50 + tax for each additional one. If you’re planning to bring more than one, please reach out to us before completing your booking so we can get everything set up for you. For everyone's comfort, we kindly ask that dogs stay leashed outdoors and that you clean up after them. Please note that cats aren't permitted due to allergy concerns. Any pet-related damages may result in additional charges.



Maximum occupancy: Please mind that this house can host a maximum of 8 guests per fire code. As per the fire department, infants are included in that number. Therefore, any infants included in the booking above maximum occupancy of 8 would unfortunately result in the reservation being cancelled



Cancellation Policy: We cannot make any exceptions to our cancellation policy. Please consider traveler’s insurance.
