"We like this hotel. It‘s pretty, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean. It‘s better to have a room in the back or on the side because the street is noisy. There was only a tiny table in the room so we had to eat outside. But that was okay, too. "

"We had a wonderful stay here! The view over the sea with the palms is nice, I've spent much time in the hammock between the palms or on our balcony just to enjoy the view. The apartment itself is equipped with everything you might need. The bed is soft and we had a good sleep. The bathroom is also nice and I was happy to have a shower that can be taken off the wall in opposite to most other showers in the US. The employees are very helpful and polite. So in total, everything was perfect for us! If I visit the Keys again, I will definitely stay here again!"

According to information, the safes in no room appear to be working. although this service would be included in the destination fee, as would the barbecue facilities, which are not there. Actually the location is quiet if the hotel itself didn't cause noise with the music playing all night. Earplugs are mandatory. Furthermore, the cleanliness is just o.k. We wanted room service every day, but it didn't come. We had to get the toilet paper ourselves. Maintenance should not be neglected. The gardens are very nicely designed, but I wouldn't recommend this hotel for more than one night, and it's more of a motel. The reception is closed at 9:00 a.m. many of the employees seem unmotivated."
