Great service from Rose. Very friendly and inviting. We have stayed here 3 times now when we come out to participate in the Good Makers Market in Tipton. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Each with its own touch of style and comforts like a bed and breakfast.

Cute, clean place to stay
The room was clean and very spacious and nice! Bed was comfortable. Staff were great! I would definitely stay here again.

Quaint, clean, and cozy.
We enjoyed our stay. The innkeeper asked about our arrival time and met us there when we arrived. She showed us to our room, gave a brief history of the hotel, and let us know how to reach her if we had an questions. We loved the historic aspect of the hotel and the homey feel of it. There is a train that goes nearby throughout the night. I thought it added to atmosphere and I grew up with the sound of trains but it is something to be considered.

Great historic hotel.
Needed a hotel for 21 night after selling at the Good Makers Market in Tipton. Found this awesome old historic hotel to stay at. Kin was very professional when meeting us, and made us feel right at home. Checked in late into the evening so we did not have any time to explore nearby restaurants or bars.

It was older but didn't smell that way.The boilets weren't working the first night so with only back up heat it was cold.I thought pfice was high for 119$ a night.It is small town.Mini kitchen was nice.Even though we really didn",t use it but once in our two day stay.

Our property was built in 1915 and is listed on the National Registry of Historic Places. So it is indeed an "older" property. The Lincoln Hotel was fully renovated in 2019 and I am so happy you noticed that it did not smell of a bygone era. We do have dual heating systems and I'm pleased our amazing innkeeper could help you with your issues during your stay. In the future, there are more affordable motels to stay at near the truck stop. I'm glad you enjoyed your stay. Management

I love the old architecture it's very beautiful and recently renovated. The air conditioning unit is super responsive! The temperature adjusts quickly and at the touch of a button. My boyfriend and I are vegan; the full kitchen in our room made it possible to make a yummy breakfast in the morning! The bed covers are really comfy and you will not run out of lovely pillows! I will recommend this establishment to others.
