„This cottage was the perfect place for a weekend getaway in the Charlottesville area! It has a nice secluded feel and yet is close to wineries, grocery stores, etc. We were not bothered at all by the train or cars on 250. The house itself is even more charming than in the pictures with carefully selected touches for a tea room vibe. It was comfortable and spotlessly clean. Mary was very responsive to questions and all instructions were very helpful. I would definitely love to return!“

„Loved staying at the Birds and Bees Cottage. It was so peaceful waking up each day, sitting on the porch and enjoying the views of the farm. This cottage was the perfect spot to unwind after visiting some local wineries. It was quiet and very easy to relax on the porch with a good book in the evening. Hope to return in the fall. “

„This property is absolutely gorgeous with the mountains and streams! The home is set up perfectly and is dog friendly with fenced yard! We definitely appreciated the treats the first night we arrived. The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was so beautiful. We loved all the art work as well. The rocks set out for signing was a great idea! Thank you for the use of your home.“

Everyone in our party raved about how cute, comfy, well laid a house it is!
