- Any damages outside of normal wear and tear (cleaning of pet hair, etc) will be reported to Vrbo and an additional fee will be added to your bookings

Mandatory Mid-Stay or Monthly Cleaning for extended stay bookings (1 month - 12 weeks).
- Free light cleaning, maintenance, and repairs that doesn’t require immediate attention
- Linen turnover monthly on stays over one month
- Trash valet weekly, Saturday’s 1pm - 4pm
- Lawn service biweekly, someone will come out every 2 weeks for lawn maintenance
- Do not attempt any repairs yourself, regardless of how minor

As your host we respect your privacy and safety. When scheduling a mid-stay cleaning, we will let you know who’ll be entering the home, what time they’ll start, and how long they’ll likely be there.
