Our toilet would not flush and the drain in our tub was plugged. Told the front desk person about this three times and asked when it was going to be fixed. Got the same answer every time-“I told the maintenance man.” Neither were ever fixed!

Nice hotel and recently remodeled or updated. Room was clean and staff very friendly. Unfortunately the surrounding neighborhood felt unsafe. We had no issues during our stay. The hotel has many paper rules that need to be signed upon checking in which I am guessing is because of the neighborhood. Lacking view in any room.

We made a reservation that was not honored with Expedia. The hotel would not honor the reservation so we had to go somewhere else. The manager said we would be refunded but we were not. We won’t stay at a Best Western again. Will appeal to our credit card company.

Very nice staff, clean and quiet room. I wouldn’t not stay here in the future, I just wouldn’t look at it first next time. The room wasn’t what I would consider a suite. If you’re sitting on the commode lock the bathroom door. If someone opens it WILL hit your knees. It’s that small.

I had better stays here.
We checked in around 4p & noticed the room was cold so we cranked the heat up. We returned around 10:00 after visiting family and the room was freezing cold and the heater was on 80 but blowing cold air. We asked to be moved & was but the fire alarm cover was off in the new room & there was no battery. We was told because it kept beeping they took the battery out.

Pool was not open. We had a dog and they put us in a floor right next to the elevator which we could hear ALL NIGHT LONG. This disturbed us and the dog so we got little to no sleep. The charge for a pet friendly hotel was $40.00 per night. When I complained via email, it took NUMEROUS emails and one stated we had cancelled our reservation and didn’t stay there so I attached the receipt. Came back with the same comment so I called customer service. 1st resolution was to enroll me for points. No thanks. Then I am supposedly getting a voucher for $40.00 for a future stay at a best western even though I had asked the dog fee to be waived.

Dear Deborah, The reservation associated with this booking was successfully canceled with reference number 8215.We have not charged or collected anything on the canceled reservation. However, you had two reservations for the same days and the other reservation you were successfully checked in. We charge a pet fee and that is posted on our website.You have a signed registration card during your check-in process, and that could be furnished if needed. Definitely stay here
I loved the hotel. There was an area to buy snacks, a Resturant and a bar. The lady bar tender was wonderful and made me feel right at home. I will be back for sure
