Other Things to Note:
Smoking is not permitted inside the home, a $250 additional cleaning fee will be assessed if smoking occurs.

*PARTIES - All gatherings must be limited to 32 guests, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. If you are planning to host an event with more guests, please reach out as additional fees will apply.

*PETS - We do allow pets with host approval. There is a $75 fee for one pet or $125 for two, which is paid separately from the booking once it is confirmed, directly on our website. The backyard is fenced in and the neighborhood is perfect for walking!

*CANCELLATION POLICY - Guests can receive a full refund minus processing fees (approximately 4%) if they cancel up to 5 days before check in. No refund will be provided if cancelling less than 5 days before check in.

*MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT - Guests must be at least 25 years old to book a Cozy in KC property.

*RENTAL AGREEMENT - We require the booking guest to sign a rental agreement outlining all house rules once booking is confirmed.
