You will have the entire space to yourself, this is an upstairs apartment so there is a stairway to get into the space. The stairway leading up to your entrance door is directly off of main street so you have easy access to the shops and restaurants on main street.

This space is equipped with all the modern amenities,

Remote control lighting throughout the entire kitchen, living area and master bedroom lets you pick whatever color light or brightness you desire.

The remote-control blinds let you choose your desired position with the click of a button.

There a two bedrooms, each with queen beds and with a full bathroom to each, The master bedroom and bathroom are huge, and offer plenty of room for someone to crash on a mat or air mattress if needed, The master bath has a large shower and a soaking tub for you to enjoy. Towels and linens are provided.

The massive granite countertops provide a sit-down island and can provide a place to eat or work on any projects you may have.

Washer and dryer are available for you to use, along with an iron and board, located in the closet of the master bedroom.

There is free parking alongside the building next door. If you look for Pomerene Clinic you can park right next to that and you will not have to pay for street parking, This is only 100 ft from the entrance to the stairway off of main street.

I set everything up for self check in. I am available if needed as much as possible but I do like to give my guest space so I will likely not be meeting my guest unless asked. I do enjoy getting to meet my guests occasionally but like I said- you will have your space.

This is a second story Apartment so you will have to climb steps to get to the space, there is free parking alongside the building next door.
